Alberta and Pam are an excellent asset to the Athens, GA store.The customer service that they provide is something that is not available in most retail stores . Makes my shopping experience a wonderful experience.

Did a little Christmas shopping at Kohl's Was able to find Something's similar to what I was searching for. Realizing it is Christmas time check out May tend to get backed up such was the case here. Took a little bit to get checked out but all in all happy with my visit to Kohl's

It was clean during the holiday season. They do have gift cards for other establishments, although not a ton of options. This was a large store compared to what I usually see. However, I don't feel like there was more in it compared to other stores.

Good prices on many things, but many things do not have good quality. It's better to buy their clothing that is a little more costly than to buy the cheap clothes.

Cashier was so patient today we got the more expensive sweatshirt and she said let me price check it... she did.... the (Administrator ) of the store of heard her and went to check her name was Sheri.... She went above and beyond and brought us the right sweatshirt and the right size!! You rock Sheri!!!

I love Kohl’s shopping. I usually find what I need, and at a fair price. The clerks are usually very friendly and helpful. When I was leaving there was a couple at one cash register who appeared to be returning items bought at another Kohls store and it was taking a while to deal with their problem, so I went back to customer service who happened not to be busy and helped me with ease and friendliness.
