For 3 months, this was my favorite pharmacy. The drive thru was very convenient, and they had the best prices of any pharmacy by a long shot. Then suddenly, after my doctor was supposed to have called in another prescription for me for the third month with no issues at all. I was told nothing was called in, and I should contact my doctor to see if they had forgotten. So, I called my doctor using my cellphone and gave the nurse their phone number over my phone. She then calls in my prescription, but now, suddenly, they can no longer fill my "out of town" prescriptions! I do not believe this was simply a coincidence that the same day I give their number over the phone just happens to be the same day their "out of town" policy goes into effect. By "out of town," I am referring to a doctor's office located in the same state, same region of the state, simply 50 miles away. Make no mistake, thiss is illegal. A pharmacists cannot refuse to fill a valid in state prescription and make up some arbitrary policy. Whenever, I pushed back and told the pharmacists this infor.ation, she then admits she was lying and the reason is because "the DEA" called them and apparently told them not to fill my valid doctor prescribed medication. The "DEA" would not contact my pharmacy coincidentally on the exact same day I relayed the phone number over my phone! So, I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Board of Pharmacists and making them aware of this illegal activity. If the DEA has an issue with my prescriptions, why did they not call my doctor to tell him not to write it, or why did they not call all of the other pharmacies I have used. It is simply ridiculous the lengths these people will go to in order to make an individuals life a living hell. I'm hoping that Krogers pharmacists will realize that it was not the DEA calling them, and they will correct this situation in the future. Tbe DEA doesnt even have this sort of authority, except if we live in a technocratic police state and not a represe tative democracy? I guess they simply didn't like the fact that I was saving over 200 dollars each month getting my prescriptions filled here, whomever has access to my phone! No one will even be able to see this review because they will hide it. It's unbelievable!

Always professional. Kroger Pharmacy always notifies me by text when prescriptions come in, and their Pharmacy is convenient to Kroger Grocery Shopping - which is always suitable to me. Then lastly all my Kroger purchases go toward Kroger Fuel Points for my daughter.

I have been blessed to have my medications filled by this pharmacy when other locations did not have them in stock. Not only that, the last time I came by, there was a young man with shoulder length that was very helpful & kind to me. I appreciate that a lot!! ??Thank you!Sincerely,Joy Carey ?

I like this pharmacy. They're quite busy but they still take time with their customers.

I find this pharmacy to have the best prices overall, in town. There people are caring and always try to help the best they can. If a prescription is not covered by my insurance they will try to help me find a coupon to cover some of the cost. Much better than Walgreens. Update: Be aware the drive thru is closed during their lunch

Please update the hours for this pharmacy: they are NOT open everyday from 8:00-8:00. Believed the Google search results. Wasted trip ?

Google search information is incorrect. Closed until 10:00 a.m. Sunday, not 8:00 a.m. as the search result says.

They always get and have your prescription ready and they calls your doctor if you need a prescription refill. Great people.

I called to see if two prescriptions had been called in because I live across town. The pharmacy person said two had been called in and were ready for pickup. When I arrived only one was ready. I needed a cream for my eczema flare up I was told I would receive a call when it came in. I asked if they could see if it was in stock at one of the other Kroger's. I asked when did they expect it in she said Saturday. I have been with this Kroger for decades. Such a disappointment I will have to suffer in the meantime. Just horrible.

For the volume of customers they serve they do their best, and that’s all I can ask for.

They have gotten my prescription wrong no fewer than 5 times. One time, half the pills were missing. Every time, it took longer than promised to fill. I show up at the specified time and wait 15-40 minutes. They never send me a notification when my prescription is ready, meaning I have to call multiple times to check. I have never been able to collect all of my medicines in one trip.

Sarah at Kroger Pharmacy on Alps really went all out trying to help me. This pharmacy is always super busy but she spent a lot of time to help me with my prescription. She is an exceptional worker and valuable asset to that pharmacy.

I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because you will have time to drive to another grocery store to complete your grocery shopping while they are slowly filling your prescription. I almost have them 3 for this benefit but it wasn't ready when I drove back from Earth Fare. Why you have to physically bring them there prescription in the first place is beyond me. I get that they may want a physical copy but they could ask for that when you pick up the order.
