The wait time to get a prescription filled here is average 15 min as opposed to 1hr and a half to 3 hrs at Walgreens

This place is a joke… Moved prescription here about year ago due the insurance issues.. They are all nice and friendly when they are getting you there. Then you become an inconvenience to them.. Every single one of them I have had to deal with have no customer service skills at all… Never have prescriptions filled in a timely mannor usually takes days… Had Dr send in 3 meds for my Daughter today… They was sent in at 11ish am went at 330 to get them they are not ready said it will be a hour… Go back at 530 still not ready then to be told they want be ready till 230 tomorrow… Then when you say something it’s always they are under staffed I counted 8 people working… refills are one thing we have time to call in and wait a couple days but when it’s antibiotics or things that are needed same day it’s another issue… I will be finding another Buisness to move my family’s prescription to… Just know before you choose this Kroger Pharmacy they are not here for the customers… An calling there corporate office is a joke too.

Where do you start with this group. I would suggest not having to interact with staff. It seems to be a bother. Contracted Lyme and needed antibiotics. After hours they determined they did not have them. But hey, they could care less. For 6 years I have bought a behind the counter allergy med that is not prescription. If you want to save money on Zyrtec ask for their generic that is behind the counter only. It is sold without a prescription but they will give you hell getting it. Just this location. It seems only 1 person knows about it because information is hard to share?

I usually go to another pharmacy, but I have to be on the side of town where I need to get my medication from this location. They were very quick to get the information they needed to fill my prescription and have it filled very quickly very fast and efficient staff. The only thing I would change is a few of the employees that have a bit of an attitude, but you know what we don’t know what kind of day they were having. Maybe they just had a bunch of people before me. I don’t know, but they’ve been good to me. I will go back. I will be back.

I was getting my prescriptions today it was not quite 1yet there was a couple behind me waiting no one else was in line they filled my prescriptions however because it was apparently 1 o clock the couple behind me was told they would have to come back in 1 hour now I understand employees take a lunch period but there were several employees working I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why they can't stagger lunch times to accommodate patrons also the drive thru has been closed because apparently the drawer is broken it's been this way for some time so patrons have to go inside please for the love of god would someone with some common sense do something about these issues!!!!!!

One of the male techs has a condescending attitude and is quite rude. Everyone there is argumentative and they don’t want to put forth the effort to order medication not normally stocked. They do the bare minimum and that’s all. Giving two stars because at least they filled one of my prescriptions!

we came to this pharmacy to get medicine we got in line at 12:45. They took 15 minutes to service one person and made us wait in line for 15 minutes and then shut down the Pharmacy at 1 o’clock after we had waited in line for 15 minutes. They closed the pharmacy so they go to lunch at 1 o’clock after watching us. Sit in line for 15 minutes.

The pharmacy used to be great but it has just gotten slower and slower and slower, worse and worse overall. They no longer have enough staff to serve customers. Prescriptions that are on refill are slow to arrive in stock. One Rx was repeatedly late or out of stock so often we had to move that one to another pharmacy. Further, the drive in policy is ridiculous. If a prescription isn't ready then tell the customer to come back instead of waiting with a half dozen cars behind them.Another problem are the notification emails / calls. I have driven there to pick up a prescription after receiving a pick up notification and been told it was still in-process. Further, the emails do not list the meds which are ready. I have also had problems getting information amended to the prescriptions on file resulting in unnecessary refills or delays when picking up a Rx.A recent 17 minute wait as the 5th person in line was ridiculous. Worse, this was the fifth time I had been there to pick up the same prescription. The other four times I left instead of waiting an absurdly long amount of time. This time I made a special trip JUST so I could wait a long time: 17 minutes as the 5th in line.Pay a decent wage to get the staff you need and add staff instead of cutting the number of positions. Have dedicated register staff not people who also fill the orders; there are enough customers to justify the expense. Most times I visit there are at least a half dozen waiting inside and out for orders. If you have two registers, open both instead on having a line of people run down the aisles into the main aisle.

They do a fantastic job, ESPECIALLY when considering the large volume of business they work with every day. I have used them since this location opened and they have never failed me.

They are very rude in pharmacy. They act like it’s inconvenience when you call. My whole family gets medications here. We all will be changing.

I just went there and got there at 12:59 and was standing in line. A lady at the regester called out to me and said we are closed for lunch, 1.02 and I said my meds are already called in and they are ready. Can I not have them ? She was was so rude and said NO, they need to learn customer service, had to wait 30 minutes...

Normally it's an ok pharmacy with a long wait time. Today my husband went thru to pick up and to start off the girl at the window had attitude and was rude. As long as the wait time and she was to lazy to walk and pick up an item right outside of the pharmacy circle. Then the pharmacists came over with attitude and said we'll do it this one time. Well I have a lot of medication filled at this pharmacy and spend a lot of money not only at the pharmacy but also the store, but after today I will give my business to someone who appreciates it. It's a shame a few bad apples can run away good customers.

I changed to this pharmacy when I realized that CVS was price gouging. The money I have saved on each prescription is between $5 and $10. Between my husband and myself we save between $100-$150 a month that CVS was getting. This was on generic at both places. They are a little slow but poor people have to do anything to save money. The lady Pharmacist has been very nice and extremely helpful to me. They will help you save money and get your meds to you where CVS did nothing to help you and after all of the Senior Pharmacists left, treated you horribly and seemed to hate working there.
