Hearing managers and management curse out their own employees for nothing is obsurd to me. Certain people should not work in customer service and should not be allowed to curse out and degrade teenage employees.

I haven't been able to access the digital deals for weeks. I have been a loyal customer for years and customer support will not help me. They won't give me a replacement card, they say "well it works on MY app" and they won't get a manager. Worst service I have experienced in a long time.

I will no longer be buying bakery products here. Multiple times within the past year, I have purchased croissants from the bakery, only to get home and find fruit flies (or other bugs) flying and crawling around inside the container. I even called the store and spoke to customer service regarding the issue, to which they did not seem concerned. I am still seeing croissant containers in the store with live bugs flying around inside of them, so I will assume customer service did not take my concern seriously. I will purchase bakery items from Publix from now on. The lackluster attitude from this Kroger over an obvious health and safety concern is frustrating.

Getting service from the pharmacy takes way too long due to understaffing. If you'd like to wait 20 minutes for someone to simply answer a question, then come here. Otherwise don't waste your time.
They are consistently out of buns as well

This store seems incapable of keeping handheld shopping baskets by the front door. They also inexplicably close the larger self service checkout area during evening hours so lines are longer and everyone gets frustrated. Publix is more expensive, but at least they're well-run...

Why do you have dairy products in 14 different places. Sometimes people come in for one thing and don’t want to wander around the store for 1/2 hour. Sure put the cottage cheese with the milk that makes sense. Don’t put it with the cream cheese which is in one place ,or with the yogurt which is in another! It’s pretty bad when the employee( if you’re lucky enough to find one) doesn’t know where it is. Do better Kroger FFS

Self-check is too loud. They use to offer an option to mute and that has been taken away. They recently turned up the volume on the kiosks making them even louder.
First, you’re forced to use them and on top of that, they’re obnoxious.

The updates and expansion of this store are great! Now if we could only keep up with keeping items in stock and keeping the aisles clear everything will be wonderful

How management gets away with talking to their employees the way they do is ridiculous. As a shopper I do not want to hear or see a manager belittling or talking down to anybody else. Seems like an abuse of power to me. Should be ashamed of themselves.
