Wait times are extremely long! Every time I visit this location, the wait time is an hour or longer. Honestly, I feel that the manger does not know how to properly facilitate the flow of the customers. For example, if I come in for eyebrows, she will make me wait an hour. This service typically takes about 5-10 minutes. There is no way a person should be waiting this long for a quick service. There should be one or two people assigned for eyebrows/lashes. Everyone should not be doing manicures and pedicures at the same time. If that’s the case, who is left to do other services. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or poor management. I have been a loyal customer to this nail shop for years. It really sucks that I have been going through this lately.

Everytime I come in, I am welcomed as family. I have been coming to see Momma since they opened in 1995, and the service and care is 10 stars. Ann and Tommy are so kind and caring to each of their customers. When you walk in you hear laughter and see smiles from all the customers as the interact with the staff.
