I received several quotes for an in state move and L'Goff was the most reasonable. They sent three guys to move our belongings and did a fantastic job. They guys were professional and had great attitudes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for moving services based off the value they provide!

I needed movers to move my father out of an independent living facility into an assisted living facility. I made sure to let them know I needed them to pack his items up for the move, but on the day of when they arrived they called surprised saying nothing was packed...this was frustrating. They improvised and used moving blankets and garbage bags, but obviously not ideal. They also forgot some of his items and I had to drive back over and get them, which was something I hoped to avoid. I was also really glad I was at the site my father was moving into (he is not very verbal) as they were about to leave and I saw there was no mattress on his bed...they had forgotten it on the truck. Overall, not a great experience.
***Update. The owner called me and harrassed me on the phone, blaming me for their errors to the point that I had to hang up. He then called me several more times in a row which I declined to pick up. This is unaccetable business behavior.
***Further update 9.28.25 I have also contacted Google. You did harass me on the phone, accusing me of being at fault. I tried calmly talking to you to no avail and when I hung up because you were yelling at me, you called me several more times. Also, I was absolutley the customer here. I paid for your services and was the only one in contact with you. I was moving my father into assisted living who is not communicative and doing poorly (the reason for the move). It's sad that this is how you treat your customers.

It cannot be understated how incredible this team is. In 3 hours, 3 guys cleared 6 total rooms of a two-story condo AND moved it to our new house. Incredible work ethic, incredible speed, and they were extremely careful with every box and piece of furniture. At a certain point I felt bad about writing “fragile” on the boxes because they treated each one as if it had fine china inside. Not only that, they maintained a positive, fun energy throughout. Cannot recommended enough. 10/5.

Have used L'Goff several times to move heavy furniture, equipment in a medical office, and large retail installments. They are fast, efficient, and careful. They always do what they say they are going to and show up on time! I

They arrived early, finished the job early, and got all of our stuff across town in one piece. Probably the most reasonably priced movers in town.

Last time I checked, you don’t normally have to pay extra to make sure your movers aren’t negligent with your belongings. Do not pay for them to pack your things. They’ll break everything you care about and then say it’s your fault for not paying them extra.
Hired L’Goff for our move last summer and Josh did our quote and was nice and very helpful. I was out of state for the move, so I wasn’t present to witness the packing or moving, but when I returned to our new place, several of mine and my roommates belongings were damaged or irreparably destroyed. They understood that we were in a very difficult situation prior to the move and were kind enough to give us a discount, but after seeing the damages, I can’t in good faith recommend this company to anyone. My brand new bedframe had clearly been mishandled during the move (the rails had been ripped out of several drawers as if they were carried improperly, making them totally unusable), two vintage lamps (one was 40+ years old and gifted by someone who had passed away) I had carefully bubble wrapped and intentionally left out of boxes because they were fragile were broken because they were shoved into boxes with other items piled on top of them, a few of my glasses were shattered, and several storage bins were caved in from being wrapped too tightly in plastic wrap.
In total they did around $800 in damage. I sent Josh the breakdown of damages with comparable items and he did his best to help us rectify the situation. He was the only one throughout this entire stressful and frustrating process that cared enough to follow up with us about the damages. I tried several times to call the company and speak to the owner and no one answered or returned my calls. All of my correspondence was with Josh, who offered to fix what could be fixed and see what could be done about the rest.
In the end, they said all they could offer us was a few cents per pound of what was damaged since we didn’t pay for insurance. Last time I checked, you don’t normally have to pay extra to make sure your movers aren’t negligent with your belongings. Do not pay for them to pack your things. They’ll break everything you care about and then say it’s your fault for not paying them extra. Yes—I’m still incredibly frustrated about this situation almost a year later. Josh was the only positive part about this experience and this company should learn from his honesty and integrity.

The L’Goff team headed up by Josh was a godsend. The team handled our move with courtesy and professionalism and took great care with our belongings. They treated us like family. And the cost was very reasonable. Our compliments to Billy, Wilmer, T’wan and Yot. We recommend L’Goff Moving without reservation.

The four guys from L'Goff Moving Services restored our faith in humanity--they were kind, professional, generous, extraordinarily competent, and *very* fair in their pricing. All this after a horrible, traumatizing loading experience on the front end of our cross-country move (with "movers" who charged us 25% more than L'Goff, arrived stoned, took frequent "smoke" breaks over the 10.5 hours they took to load us, stole our stuff, broke other stuff, damaged our house, etc.). L'Goff guys treated our belongings with respect and care. I can recommend them without hesitation, and would ALWAYS call them first for any moving-related services. These guys are first-rate and amazing!!

I called a week ago for a moving estimate. I gave them all the requested information along with my phone number and email address. No one contacted me with a moving estimate. I have hired another moving company that was helpful and responsive. L'Goff moving was neither of these as they couldn't be bothered to contact me.
**Update: To the owner's reply: These are my initials. Of course you don't have that in your system. Insinuating that I don't know what company I called is ridiculous and speaks to your customer service. I have nothing else to add. Your reply shows enough.

CJ, Josh, and Antwon were great movers! Thank y'all so much for your hard work and making sure all of my items were delivered so professionally. I strongly recommend this moving company! Everyone (including people I spoke with over the phone) was so nice, and I am glad I went with L'Goff

When you reserve make sure you get a phone number where owner can be personally reached.
NEVER showed up. NEVER called back! Left us hanging at the worst possible time. Now they will not call us back as their answering service acts as a gatekeeper and will not answer our questions. I have used before but never again!
If there was an issue at least they could have had the answering service relay a message.

Damaged my floors, did not do what we hired them to do. We called specifically asking if they would move our things from a pod into the house and put the furniture back together (movers who loaded the pod disassembled for packing purposes). We were told yes they will do that, so we hired them. I wish we didn’t. They dropped a large piece of furniture. Hit door frames. Tilted furniture to kick plastic out from under with the TV on top of it, I was nervous it would crash to the ground. I now have several scrapes in my floor. They didn’t come with any tools and said they don’t assemble. When we called the owner Kyle about these issues he couldn’t be bothered to call us back. Josh later called us and said per Kyle we can get a $20 credit (LOL) and that their contract states they don’t assemble and the person we spoke to is at a call center so they were wrong and can’t be held accountable for what call center says. We asked to review the contract and it does not say that. We paid our bill just to be done with them but will not use again and definitely would not recommend. Too careless.Update: Kyle called after this review was posted, which was after they took our credit card info for payment. He called at 4pm before the weekend, left a voicemail that he hasn’t charged us yet because he wants to work out a fair price. We were charged the full amount the next day before we had a chance to call back. When we called, he said his guys told him that a couch caused the floor damage and implied it was our fault because we asked them to remove plastic wrapping. I don’t have a couch. They dropped a media unit and left the moving material on and under it that would’ve been impossible for me to remove. He offered to bring his guys back to look and possibly try to fix themselves, but the damage is significant so I’d like to look into the appropriate fix.
