I became a customer of lincare many years ago. They are always able to help me out when I need it with equipment issues or equipment alone.This past summer I was hospitalized & needed equip.from Lincare, Amanda went above & beyond any cust.svc I have ever seen in my 72 yrs. She left on her vaca & still made sure I had recd the equip. I needed. You don't see that customer. Svc. Nowadays. Beyond Great ?

Most of time their not supportive for patients needs I have been waiting a year now for the smaller o2 Carrir ,have not received it yet after during lincare strenuous & Carr this quart tank jn process for 8 or 9 month because that's the one I have would change company but it to much trouble .

Lincare has been my oxygen provider for approximately a decade now both while I was in Wisconsin and now that I am in GeorgiaThe people at the Athens Lincare office have treated me like family I never have to worry about forgetting to call in my order they call me they make sure that I get everything I need and they do it in the most happy and pleasing manner.I cannot say enough good things about the people at Athens Lincare.

Jennifer at the Athens location is super friendly and will walk you through everything and if you need any help after you have started with your machine she is very helpful

Rude. Disgustingly rude. Disinterested in speaking about products, and extremely ignorant about product technology. Seems extremely bothered to do basic customer service. This company needs to be taken off of the Medicare supplier list. HORRIBLE.

For your own mental well-being, PLEASE go somewhere else. This place couldn’t possibly care less about its patients. If your doctor mentions this place, ask them to send your order elsewhere. This is for your own good!

Linecare gave me amazing customer service from start to finish. My doctors office was a little slow about getting the correct paperwork to them but they helped move them a little faster by continuing to call and try to get what they needed. Finally I was able to get what I needed and the guy who brought the equipment out to my house was a God sent. He was very patient and understanding. This was my first time using this equipment so he took his time and made sure before he left I knew what to do in all scenarios. He also mentioned to me that he was not the usual driver he was actually the technician who works in the office. Awesome guy! Thank you for your help!

Call for CPAP supplies 10:30am and was told my call would be returned. At 3:40pm no call. Receptionist rude and only offered they were "short-handed" due to Covid, but no resolution offered. This is Feb 2022, quit blaming Covid for your bad service. Now I understand why Lincare has only 2 * rating average.
