A very bad experience. I bought an engine from them, and when I tried to install it, it was different. I called them, and they said the one that matches the VIN was the correct one. I told them I wanted to return it, and they said I would have to pay for the delivery again. I decided to take it back myself, but when I got there, they said they were going to charge me $500 for labor to put on a cover and some missing screws. I had to drive three hours to get to the place with the engine, and I had to take it back with me because, having bought the engine from them, I'm now going to lose $2000 because they sent me the wrong one. I don't think it's fair that they charge me for something they sent me incorrectly, because my is a 2010 ISUZU NQR model, and the one they sent me is a 2013 ISUZU MODEL 5.2 turbo

I was looking for some fairings was sent a picture they look brand new about 11 our trip not including having to go through Atlanta to get there they have no shipping and you've got to make the drive Monday through Friday which means you've got to lose the money of taking off work got down there they bring the parts out to me same color but scratched up something bad not only that parts were missing and the parts that were on there were defective went in to try to negotiate a different price to adjust for me having to repair them and buy stuff for them but they didn't do not negotiate a price overall horrible experience would not recommend this place for anybody because by the time I repaired what they give me I could have bought brand new ones on top of the time I spent coming here and the money I lost from a day's worth of work absolute garbage and false representation an absolutely no care about your loss

Good parts, good service.Best way to get your parts is to have a part number or Vin number # to your semi tractor truck.

Got a bumper. Said complete but didn't have hardware. I was missing 2 bolts. Guy went and found them in his miscellaneous bolts and I was rolling down the road. Awesome! Thanks!
