I ordered a stove from lowes. I had to wait three weeks for a time that was open. I was given no four hour time frame for the delivery- waited all day- then it was scheduled for 8pm at night after bedtime. I wasn't able to get support from the delivery service after being on hold for 30 minutes and finally the call was dropped by the delivery service staff in the transfer process. The delivery service isn't considerate of time for drop off of heavy items and seems to not care if it isn't easy for families. I have a special needs son and got no support. Don't order items from lowes if you work and have a schedule.

Selection is hardly anything there. They never keep it stocked. Seems like every time I go in they either have the product which is either been used, destroyed by previous customers or through the shipping. Been trying to build this workbench and they don't have the braces that I'm looking for in stock

They have some bums working here. It’s the second time that I make a purchase and they sit there and watch me load the stuff by myself instead of helping. The first time a customer pulled over to helped me load bags of concrete. Today they just sat there and watched me load blocks. Sorry bums

Spent $800 on a washer on black friday (did not even get a black friday deal). Lowes delivered 2 days later. Product was completely faulty. Spent the next week having to call them every single day to come pick up the useless product. They promised me every single day of that week that they would call me within 24 hours. And every single day that was a lie. i FINALLY got them to come pick up the $800 dud yesterday, with the promise that they would deliver a new washer by tomorrow. This was also a lie. They say they will put me on the delivery schedule for Thursday, but i wont hold my breath. Apparently the company changed policies and they don't do "Exchanges". EVEN if it is their fault that you need to return something to them. So you have to schedule THREE different dates to be home for a FOUR HOUR window for them to deliver, then pick up, then re-deliver. They only care about the bottom line. They do not care about the customer. And you are better off purchasing appliances from home depot.

I usually prefer Home Depot for their customer service, but I had a great experience at Lowe's today. I saw a Weber Grill at the Epps Bridge location that was on sale. I wanted to buy it but they only had a floor model. I was worried about disassembly and getting it in my sedan. The associate called the Lexington Ave location and found they had it, in stock, at the same price, in a box. He asked them to have it at customer service by the time I got there.I purchased it at the Eastside location but it was obvious it would not fit in sedan. There associate there was nice enough to help me unpack it and load it into my car, in the RAIN.Thanks, to both Lowe's locations for the great customer service

I was in the garden section today looking for bushes to plant and they did not have what I was looking for. I asked Gail one of Lowe’s Associate when they would be available in stock or do we need to order them?She looked and scrolled through her list of plants and found what I was looking for. They were not in stock and I asked her when they might be available and she looked at me and said how the beep do I know?I was shocked at her tone. All I did was ask a question no need to be rude.What is up with Gail in the garden section at Lowe’s and why does she have an attitude?If one does not know simply say don’t know. Please don’t get an attitude.

Terrible customer service. I had a brand new kitchen aid dishwasher delivered and installed today. The top buttons don’t work. Even the installer pointed it out and said to call Lowe’s. It’s literally one hour old. Should be under warranty. Their policy seems to be to make you purchase the same appliance again, and once the damaged one has been returned to them, they will credit you back! When did this garbage start?? I’ve been a very loyal customer for over 20 years and have spent a ton with them. I’ve had appliances that needed to be swapped out before and they just did it!! But this is insanity. They’ve lost me as a customer. And they don’t even care. Go to Home Depot,’or if you can find a locally owned place, go there. Avoid these people!!

I spent a ton of money building a home and buying appliances. When my 6 month old fridge went out i called For some help and i was told to call lg . That's fine who or where at lg and they told me to use google and hung up. I called back for customer service and told them what happened and they told me so what's the issue. By the way don't shop at the Carrollton Georgia store
