I don't like being harassed while shopping, and yet Lowe's pays employees to harass me while I shop. I am referencing the aggressive salesmen trying to sign me up for such things as gutter guards or an HVAC tune-up or whatever the hard-sell of the day is. I can only imagine how much worse of a hard-sell it can be were I to agree to give them my address for a free estimate.
I shop at Lowe's every other day for supplies. I'm tired of being harassed!

Went here to get some materials to fix a deck. I like the fact that I was able to bring my dog inside with no problems. They are animal friendly facilities

Im a busy contractor and every time i come to lowes i get to wait longer for already purchased items at the pickup area or customer service area. Its a little frustrating since i have to drive back to work. Also staff is not very helpful when im looking for something. That has been my experience at every lowes i have been, compared to home depot.

Unfortunate to have to leave a negative review but I’ve exhausted other options. I purchased a can of porch paint from this Lowes yesterday, brought it home, painted one coat and it looks NOTHING like the pictured paint color. So I bring the paint can back hoping they’ll will add some black tint for me and shake it again—nope. They refuse to do it. So I go to customer service to ask for a refund. No again. I go back to the paint dept and ask her to please just add some black paint and shake it…she opens the can, clicks a few buttons, and says “sorry, it won’t let me do it.” So I’m out almost $100 since I had to buy ANOTHER can of paint but this time from my local hardware store because I will not be spending any more money at this Lowe’s.

Be certain that you hang on to the receipt in case you need to return something. Even when you give them your phone number in case you lose it, they'll still can't pull up your purchase, so no refund or store credit. I never get this kind of hassle when I have to return something to Home Depot.

I don't typically post reviews for large stores but the service I received warrants a review. I was looking for a specific bolt and had no idea how to find it. Kennard went out of his way not only showing me where the bolts were located, but also showing me how to determine the size of the bolt. He did not stop assisting me until he found the exact match that I needed. Thank you so much!

The curbside is a joke here. Confusion. Parts of orders missing. Undelivered etc. pick up just as bad

Friendly staff. A nice example of a Lowes. Stock levels are good for the common items. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge.

Wasn't particularly crowded when I went there to get shower curtain rods. Somebody gave me the number of the aisle where I would find them. Wanted some help with them but wasn't willing to walk that far to find somebody
