Stopped going to this place years ago due to attitude from a loud staff member. Started going to sugar polish which is awesome. Gave them a few chances lately. First time back got a pushy obnoxious staff member that overcharged me. I was charged more than the service I was provided that I requested. The price was on the menu. I tried to ask about it but, was talked over and got the run around. My manicure and pedicure were chipping that day and the sns nails were cracking off within 2 days. Went back today. No price list offered. Just told what I owed for my sns mani. Felt like it was a lot. It was served to me my the mail technician with a side of a lot of attitude. Will not be returning. Going back to sugar polish

I used to be very happy with this place and Phuong is amazing, though today I just found out that the technician I had she charged more than advertised on the website. It’s really disappointing when you use a place for a long time and a technician makes you to change your opinion about i.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was there for 3 hours and this was the set of nails I left with. Had a pedicure that wasn’t too bad although they do have a fairly small selection of gel colors. The lady doing my manicure made every nail a different length and thickness and took over an hour attempting to “fix” the crooked nail she made on my right hand. She didn’t start trying to fix it until I told her how crooked it was and even then she had to have another technician come over and attempt to fix it. She added more acrylic on the crooked nail four times to try to even it out but it just made the nail thicker. Each time she added more acrylic, she had to, obviously, drill it down and file it a lot. At this point, my finger is raw and bleeding, with multiple cuts, and looking worse than it originally did. She goes to put more acrylic on and I told her not to and that I just wanted it all taken off but she doesn’t listen to me and continues trying. She threw the color on and then tries to charge me full price for them. Absolutely not. Even the best nails are still garbage — thick, uneven, and she didn’t go to my cuticle with the acrylic so they already look grown out. I complained and they ended up giving me half off but I will need to go to another salon to get these fixed. What a waste of my time and money. I will never return and I highly recommend not going here.

4 of my nails aren't even straight. 2 of them I asked to be shorter and she never cut them so I had to at home. Within 1 week I had 2 fall off.
Plus she over charged me( for 2 sets when obviously I only have 1 set of hands) refused to refund and said I would have a credit when I come back. Yeah right!
2 stars cause the pedi woman was amazing. The nail tech was horrible!

My daughter and I came very last minute - They were SO welcoming! They did an amazing job - fill in for my daughter and I had a very thorough and excellent pedicure. They were chatty and kind. ( lee did my pedicure- very good)
Excellent work, and would def return. Also amazingly reasonable!!!

I go to the same tech her band is “Donna” always make my appointment before going. In the beginning even if I had an appointment I still waited up yo 30 minutes or more. But I hung in there. Donna has her hit or miss moments with her nail art designs, I usually have pics for her to use. BUT HER PEDICURES ARE ON POINT Every time.I don’t get the surcharge when paying g via credit card tho. Prices went up and you’re still charging a surcharge on cards why????

Disappointing!! Man doing my nails would stop periodically in the middle and get on his phone to text, leaving there sitting. Got paint on my fingers in multiple spots and his solution was to cut my skin off with fingernail clippers. Still left with paint all on my fingers. Will not be back.

about a month ago i came in here to get a fill in (for a set i got there). i will not be going back.1. the retention for their acrylic nails is awful. they begin to lift after a week. additionally, their gel nails begin to peel and chip after only a couple days.2. they struggle to do any design besides a single color, even something as simple as ombre (AND when shown a picture).3. they severely damage your nails/nail beds. they went over my raw nail so many times with the dremel that you could see & feel myexposed nail bed. when i asked about it, i was told “it’s okay.”4. they don’t even push your cuticles back and allow polish to get onto your skin without cleaning it up.5. they have an awful attitude. when i pointed out that my finished nails looked nothing like they were supposed to, the lady got upset and started being extremely rough - she vigorously filed off the colors and was quick to dismiss me. she also nicked my skin many timeswithout so much as stopping to ask if i was okay.6. inconsistent nail shapes7. they leave excess acrylic underneath your nailsoverall, avoid this place at all costs if you’re looking to get acrylic sets/fill ins.Services: Acrylic nails

Massage was great, but she used a gel polish when she couldn't get my chosen OPI shade open. Since it wasn't cured, it started chipping very soon!

As a fellow Vietnamese person, i didn’t appreciate the comments made about my “stomach bloating out” or how “if i understood, i would be making a scene right now”. That’s not who I am, but after i tried to discuss it on the side with the individual who made those comments in Viet (also laughed about it with other co workers) thinking i wouldn’t understand my own language, he proceeded to try to gaslight me which is a different issue on its own. the nails were alright… didn’t even remove the one layer of polish for a clean nail so you can see the polish underneath the acrylic lol. it literally takes less than one minute. probably shouldn’t have chosen this place to go to to start with. honestly really disappointed, and i don’t expect much to begin with. lack of respect, quality, and lack of accountability.
Response to the reply: absolutely not. there was no misunderstanding whatsoever. I AM 100% VIETNAMESE AND I AM FLUENT!!!!! I didn’t even learn english until I was 6 years old - type of fluent. please don’t try to gaslight me to believe I “heard” wrong. I know what i heard because the comments were made multiple times and the lady doing my pedicure also tried to help cover it up by calling the boys “crazy”. I know exactly what i heard and it is completely unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL. shameful that this business cannot take accountability or even apologize. completely disrespectful and almost laughable. you guys are full grown adults. handle yourselves better.
