Guys don't be late, my app was set for 10:00, but I was 10:04 minutes late, and when I arrived, there were two trucks in front of me. I was in line 3, but when my turn came, it was already 10:20. When I tried to explain, they didn't even want to listen.

Wasted my time picking up a load, went accidentally to 300 instead of 310 and was told to got up the street to 310. When i got there i was given a door but before i could make it to my truck the receiver guy came out and said nope we not unloading him. Now im stuck here all weekend. Even tho everyone else was telling him i was technically here but he just didnt like something about me and used that to send me away. Never again will i do any work with mclane

Great job McLane the ladies in the guard house was very helpful, seeing once again I was at the wrong address. 310 not 300 I really wish the brokers would do better, it could be the difference in being on time and wasting hours in a long line for checking in.

Only because you have to. Appt 9:00 pm. Arrived 8:00 pm with 3 that's right 3 freaking pallets. 1st truck in a door. Paid lumper fee an hour ago and still sitting here. 3 freaking pallets and going on 2.5 hours. This is why people do not like delivering to these facilities. If you do not have the workers present then hire more people. Oh and it was 145.00 for 3 freaking pallets.

Appointment was @2100. 4hrs later and I'm still waiting to get unloaded. I've seen multiple trucks leave that arrived after me. Fawking ridiculous!

Very nice experience. The lady in the guard shack is very nice and polite, she explained everything so well. Open doors, put seal and paperwork in the back of the trailer, and move tandems. They unloaded my load very fast. I paid the lumper from my phone. They called me when I was good to go.

Had a load for 10pm. Checked in at 9:30 Done and out gate by 10:45pm. Not bad for me. But it wasn't real busy either

I had a mixed experience with McLane. While the unloading process was slow and took longer than expected, the guard shack attendant was pleasant and professional, making check-in simple—just put the bills in the back of the trailer. However, be warned that if you arrive during a busy time, you might end up spending your 10-hour reset at this location. Overall, it's a decent place, but plan accordingly.
