Strict appointments, long unload times (6 hours for me), high lumper fees ($460 this time). Very tight lot to maneuver in. It's New Year's but I see from other reviews that it's just the normal routine here.
Good thing is that there's parking right next door at the circle k, if you beat the crowd. There's about a dozen truck spots.

The worst place to deliver. They don’t abide the appointment time . They don’t have doors . If you decide to come to this place be ready to wait and deal with the agravation of lack place to park

Definitely will not be returning here, this place has the strictest appointment time, they don’t care about nothing you went through to get there, waited 48hrs to reschedule, wasted time and money, this place is a setup for failure, in all my years of trucking I haven’t ever been cursed at by the guard shack, if I were to put hands on this rude unprofessional funky man I would’ve been in the wrong, it’s a setup coming here, moral of the story make your appointment they don’t care about you driver, and funky buddy in the guard shack don’t fall for his antagonizing misery loves company

Horrible place , horrible schedule for delivery. Wish not delivery to this place again.
Trucks are lining up almost half a mile and the check in guard shack was so slow.

This is the WORST of the worst, spent 9 hrs unloading than had to take refused product to donation center and 3 weeks later won’t even approve my detention, even after the nice lady at the guard house signed an out time on the POD that did not matter lazy slow workers. Staying away from this facility.

Please don't take any load this facility or any Mclane facility. If you are late, they will punish you severely. They will not get you appoinment on atleast 2 to 3 weeks or they will firce you to take product back to the shipper without any conpensation. They don't care what you were late or why you did not meet your appointment.

what a joke, I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is tight backing, rude gaurds and un organized. Any McClane will reschedule you for anything 🤷♂️. Days waisted on this load.

Deliver for 11:59 pm,, parking space is ok no over nite parking,, (we truck driver )have gas station very close and nice ,, get the door 12:30 pm , start unloading quickly, left at 2:35 is ok

What a joke. 2am appointment. Got door right away, unloaded in 90minites..paid lumper and waited 3 hours for BOL and receipts. Avoid this place!
