“I haven't been fitted for suits in awhile and that's mostly because every previous experience I've had, in big cities, has been painful. Poor selection, cheap material, inattentive service, and sky high prices. Madeline not only helped me find what I liked at a reasonable cost, she was able to get everything done during my lunch break. In all seriousness, I will never buy a suit from any other place. I hope one day, I can request fitting appointments in my office, but until then I'll happily drop in for my next fitting.”
“Had to get a three piece suit on short notice and while I was out of town for work. Saw there was a men’s warehouse close by so I stopped in. Amber and Jennifer were incredible and helped me search for the perfect fit. They even checked stores for deliveries back home where I live. Can’t thank them enough!”

“This kohls isn’t bad all things considered. The only con I found at my last visit was the clearance sections were a HOT mess. So were the shoes in general. But the staff is typically friendly and it’s really clean. They also remodeled recently and there’s a Sephora there now.”
“I was in Athens for a week and made my way to Onward Reserve. I'd been in the market for a Barbour jacket, which has been hard to find. A Google search sent me to Onward Reserve. Other stores were recommended, but none of them had Barbour jackets (or anything close). I walked in Onward Reserve and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable sales person who walked me straight to the Barbour jackets. They had a great selection—exactly what I was looking for. I made my purchase with the help of the sales lady and another lady (who may have been the owner/manager—both very helpful). Overnight I realized the style I bought was not what I needed. I came back the next day and was able to make an exchange with no problem (even though I'd taken the tag off). Everyone was very helpful. The staff and the inventory were the highlights. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Onward Reserve-Athens. I love my jacket and had a great experience.”
