I need airbags replaced due to a recall. I'd been in touch with Laura who was very helpful in scheduling a convenient time to have this done. The technician, Carlos, was very quick about it. He literally came to my house to do this. How efficient!!!

I took my 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 there to see if they could fix my car. From the beginning Sam Escobar, treated me differently & not in a good way. He said they would have to preform a diagnostic test on the car to determine what is wrong with it. Did the diagnostic test & said it had something to do with the transmission. Therefore he did not want to break the car down & spend his time on it. By the way my car had at that time been there a week. Made me pay $235.00. They didn’t want to break it down nor fix it. So I had it towed to another auto mechanic & a Mercedes Benz expert! He did his own diagnostic test & broke the car down to get to the problem within the transmission. Come to find out. The problem diagnosed by Sam at Mercedes was not the the problem. It was a totally different & unrelated issue. Just because he broke the car down. Also this wonderful mechanic is giving me a two year warranty! I should’ve gotten a refund for the fact that the car was misdiagnosed & Mercedes did not do or want to fix my car. Absolutely the worst & embarrassing experience I have ever had! If I could give a 0 instead of 1 star I would’ve given 0!!! Never doing business with Mercedes Benz in Athens again.Dissatisfied customer

Everything was fine as for the labor preformed. The only problem I had was on a $2000.00 job I deserve a loaner. For the two weeks my car was there I had to pay $200.00 weekly making this a $2400.00 job. I asked but Chad said none available. I know my car wasn't purchased there but I have had a couple of oil changes there. So how should I feel about Mercedes Benz Of Athens?

I love doing business with Mercedes Benz of Athens! They are all so easy to work with, always pleasant and courteous. Chad Cowher goes out of his way to make sure having my car serviced is not a stressful experience but a good one. I highly recommend everyone from Kaitlyn in Sales to Chad in Service for all your Mercedes wants and needs. I will definitely not go elsewhere!

The Athens Mercedes dealership was great to work with. They drove to HH, SC to replace my recalled airbag. They could not have been nicer and the experience was so easy. I would definitely recommend them for any of your automotive needs!

Wonderful service, appointment time was granted when calling and scheduling. When you arrive you’re greeted at your vehicle, walked inside and informed that someone would get directly with you and they did. Chad was great at making me aware of the services I needed for my vehicle, ensuring I wouldn’t have to guess about anything. The services were exceptional, my vehicle was returned within a timely matter, cleaned and vacuumed. They deserve 10 stars. I was very pleased, thank Mercedes-Benz of Athens.

From email to the personal experience, we were treated so well by all of the staff and sales. I was actually surprised about the experience since we have bought so many vehicles in the past from other make dealers and we’re never treated as well as this. Everyone was amazing and my wife was able to walk out with the convertible she wanted. Thank you so much everyone!

I am so appreciative of the knowledge and expertise of Sam and the service department. Because of the correct diagnostic check, I saved thousands of dollars. They were my second opinion after receiving a diagnostic elsewhere which totaled almost 5,000 and turns out that service department was wrong. I never would have thought I could save money having repairs done with Mercedes! I am so thankful and will forever be a customer

Recently I stopped for gas and as I was trying to leave my vehicle stalled and was very hesitant to turn back on. Eventually I got it started but as a result, the check engine light came on. So the next day I contacted my Service Advisor, Shane McCarty, and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning.The next morning the car wouldn’t turn but Shane took care of that and I was able to get the car to the dealership.When I arrived, Shane provided me with a courtesy car, which was well appreciated because it took about six hours for my car to be serviced. And I’m so happy that it wasn’t anything extremely major.I always get top notch service with the service department from the time when I drop my vehicle off where the staff are always pleasant and helpful. And our Service Advisor, Shane, has been handling my families vehicles service needs for over 23 years. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I expect nothing less than the best and we will continue to use them for all of our service needs.
