Terrible customer service! Those 2 girls up front NEED to be fired! That place is such a scam & those 2 girls were very unhelpful I swear they didn’t know what they were doing idk how they even got hired. They need to get rid of those attitudes and start doing their jobs right. 🤦♂️

In store, no signs in English. Clearly printed on receipt that phone could be returned to store within 24 hours. Nope.
"Free TCL tablet is a dinosaur and can't even update apps.
So disappointed.
Can't wait to switch to another carrier
And customer service just doesn't work imo

Worst customer service. Appeared to be bothered at fact I walked into store. I was going to purchase the newest IPhone. Instead I will not use Metro.

I have had my service with metro for 10+years, I walked In this metro to ask a few questions about an upgrade, soon as I walked in the lady was super rude and acted as if she hated her job! I was asking questions if i could upgrade my plan and get a iPhone and she didn’t explain nothing or look at my plan she was just saying well your gonna have to buy the phone straight out then pay this and that etc and that’s fine I knew it was gonna cost everything does but I didn’t ask to be talked or treated that way! So I will take my money elsewhere and go with straight talk or something else where I’m treated with respect not as a dog!!! It seems it’s always that one girl that does that here at this store!! When she’s gone and can’t treat ppl the way she does I’ll bring my business back to metro!! Find a new job if you’re that miserable hunny!

Terrible customer service, and they don't know what they are doing. I was there trying to get into my account for 2 hours with little help from the two girls. I went to the other location on West Broad and got into it immediately, I recommend going to them for any problems with your phone. Danielsville Road is the worst location to go to.

Just walked out after spending about 10 minutes and was fixing to drop $350-$400 for a new phone. The young lady helping me was soft-spoken and helpful while this dark headed lady had a look on her face the whole time that she was being bothered by my business. She also kept interrupting her in Spanish while we were speaking. It's rude and disrespectful.
The final straw was calling her away while we were discussing cases to do something else while she stood there with her grouchy, disapproving expression, doing NOTHING.
My hard earned money will do well somewhere else.
Customer service is NOT the place for some.

I went in to purchase a screen protector and phone case. The phone case was $26! When the young lady was attempting to place it on my new Samsung galaxy a35 she seemed to be struggling. That's when another associate asked "ARE YOU SURE THATS THE CORRECT PHONE SCREEN PROTECTOR "????? And the young lady responded by saying it was correct. However she bent the bottom of the screen protector which left a permanent unsightly bubble. When I tried to take the protector off and replace it myself so that it would look more pleasing, it instantly cracked! If it was placed on properly in the first place I wouldn't have had to try to make it fit better. Very unhappy. I should have listened to the other associate that questioned her.

If I could leave a zero, as you can see isn't an option for a ZERO, ITS 730PM BEEN CALLING SINCE 7 TO SEE IF THEIR OPEN, ONLINE SAYS TILL 8PM DONT WANNA WASTE A TRIP OUT THERE IF CLOSED, NEED STORES TO STAY OPEN AD SCHEDULED OR CHANGE ONLINE INFO. VERY INCONVENIENT
