I drove my 2018 wrangler jk from Minnesota and had some concerns about my suspension. I stopped by the customer service was excellent got me in checked everything over. Everything was OK they didn't try to sell me anything and gave me peace of mind. So much that I had them install a new lift!! Already planning what I want them to do next year.

Horrible company. They have misleading item descriptions. They sold me the wrong hitch due to their horrible item description then put the return shipping on me. Which was more than the garbage they sold me. But elsewhere

You know, I work among some high paid technicians. It’s hard for them to work on anything old-school. Thank you to Oconee off road, For offering knowledge and solutions on my 1993 jeep YJ. Much love.

Great customer service. Bo and the other folks at Oconee Off-Road were a pleasure to deal with and did a great job on my install.

OCONEE is an AWFUL COMPANY that will LIE REPEATEDLY in order NOT to ACKNOWLEDGE they labeled something wrong. I purchased what is labeled on Amazon as a 4" high roof rack in 6 separate place in Oconee's ad. 1.) in the primary description adjacent to the picture. 2.) Just below the picture in the "About the Item" section. 3.) in the "See more product details" section. 4.) In the "Technical Details" section. See the pics attached for all 6. Literally everywhere on the page, the Curt 18115 Roof Rack is listed as having an "item", "wall size," and "product" height of 4". When the item arrived, I noticed it was not 4, as advertised, rather it was 6". I contacted the company immediately, and, was told that if I had clicked on one of the tiny pictures in the left margin, I would have seen that it's a 6" high rack. Lol, given there was a wonderful and large picture in the ad, and, the only height given in the ad, several times, there was no reason to click on tiny pictures (shown by red arrow among my pics). Their responses to my emails were ridiculous! First, they told me the measurements were of the packaging, which of course is stupid, and, not true. Then, they said they had sold a bunch of these, and no one else complained. The logic in that statement is absurd. I guess if you label something wrongly, and, people buy it and don't complain, that means all future purchasers forfeit their right to complain about a mislabeled item, huh? I spoke with someone from Curt, and, 2 people from Amazon, and, all agreed the item was LABELED INCORRECTLY, and Amazon wrote them the following message "Details: the customer needs you help to return the this item because your product description is not correct 6 times you are saying it is 4-inch high walls (About this item, Product description and Technical Details) and what he has received is the 6 inch, so, we want you to send a prepaid label to the customer, and give them a full refund ASAP. If you do not assist the customer, we can fill an A-Z claim for the misleading information you are offering to customers, and, also you need to fix in the page as soon as possible . Please send a status update to the customer." I ended up buying a correctly labeled item, and spending a few hours on the phone and through emails with Amazon and Oconee, and finally Amazon pledged to gift me relief. To date, I spent $146.10 on the item, then, over $100.00 to send it back! Hopefully, I'll get reimbursed. OCONEE is an AWFUL COMPANY, and, I had no idea I was dealing with a 3rd party seller. The primary reason I buy from Amazon is bc of their easy return policy. FYI - OCONEE also charges 25% of the original purchase price for any returns. And, the Oconee Rep lied not only to me several times, but, also to the Amazon Rep, telling her that I damaged the item. It was like dealing with children with no business sense, and, certainly no sense of honor or fair play. At a minimum, they should have acknowledged their ad was confusing, and, as a gesture of professional courtesy, sent me a prepaid return label. The reason I needed a 4" high rack was in order to be able to fit in my garage. Pics of my Jeep show it with a 4" rack I got elsewhere. #awfulcompany #oconeesucks #liarliarpantsonfire

Ordered a WDH from them and had to return, I did not need the part anymore the trailer I was going to purchase fell through. It has now been a month that they have had it (have email tracking to prove) and I have several emails with someone who doesn’t seem to want to help at all. I am just trying to get refunded and it’s been a month that they have had the hitch and still no money returned. Do not ever return anything to this place or even buy from them. A good chunk of change tied up for this long is unacceptable.

BUYER BEWARE. This is a rip off shop. Bait and switch. Go elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! They sell you good parts and then install junk parts.

After waiting several weeks for a delivery my 100lb Weight distribution hitch it arrived incomplete with an open box. Oconee OR blamed the manufacturer but with the limited time to move my RV before Christmas and a spot deadline they completely dropped the ball. Their complete lack of communication cost me fines and I was forced to go out and seek other hitch options.
