I called asking when I could get a service, they told me the next day starting at 10. I waited until 11 to come in case they were a little late starting. The print and copy department wasn’t open yet and the man there was incredibly unhelpful. I planned my day around this and am very busy, I don’t have time for them to misinform me. Don’t go here, they’re unreliable.

Made a 33 mile round trip to this store because I went to the Office Depot/Max website, made this my default store, searched for an HP 125A Cyan Laserjet printer cartridge, and found an entry saying the item was "In Stock" at this store, as well as an Office Depot-brand equivalent cartridge. Got to the store and neither item was in stock. Was told that "In Stock" means that if they don't have an item on their shelves, they can order it for you. Well, that's not what "In Stock" means. Came home and bought the item from the HP Store via Amazon for the same price and free shipping. This is not the first time that an advertised item was either not available at this store or not on sale for the price advertised. But it's the last time.
