Although very busy and there was quite a wait, staff seemed very patient and displayed a renewed courtesy to each customer. They stood by their battery warranty and replaced my battery for free.

Absolutely loved O Reillys. Needed to get a third door handle replaced on my husband's chrevrolet S10. I placed the order the night before. Was able to pick up at 4 o clock. It was delivered from Duluth I believe. Until the pick up store. Absolutely wonderful. Speaking to the staff very nice, patient, and fast service.

I normally go there for oddball stuff that the other parts store doesn't carry when dealing with Comercial parts,boats,and equipment.
