Love "School"! This is how we refer to Pawtropolis! My Babies Love It! We Love It! The team here are Super! The Services are unmatched! I can watch my Babies while I am at work and know they are safe and cared for. I wish I could get my "Twins" in daily they would sure go. Only 'if' the opening hours were earlier. Otherwise, BILLY, Daniel Alondra and the whole Team are truly Amazing!!! Having to board them... This is the spot. Having to train them... yep right here! Grooming oh go figure... HERE! I can't stress what this place means to my Babies! They get excited when I say school!! I am so happy they are happy to go. We love Pawtropolis!!!

A very good place for doggie daycare and boarding. The staff is friendly and obviously loves animals, and the facilities are large and clean and include a pool. Recommended.

We have a German Shepherd who is not the most trusting of others. He stays at Pawtroplis about twice a year. He starts getting excited as we turn on Olympic Dr. It makes it easy to leave him for his stay knowing he is happy to visit. Wonderful caring place for dogs to hang out.

Love taking my dog here! She gets to play with other pups and play in the pool in the summer! I can sign her up for daycare through the online portal and add other services too like a frozen treat and a bath before I pick her up. Dogs shouldn’t be left at home all day, even bringing them to daycare once a week helps so much.

We've been taking our dog here for 6 years and love it so much. It's a bit pricey but very worth it for the quality of care. They offer doggy day care (which is great for socializing puppies) and boarding, and separate the dogs by size and energy level, to protect the tiny or elder pups. There are lots of activities for them, and you can tune in to check on them while you're gone via their cameras. The staff are awesome. We were in Atlanta last weekend and they noticed that it was our dog's birthday, so they gave her a doggy ice cream and this pink elephant toy, which she is crazy about. I know we've been going there for a long time, but I was still super impressed by their generosity! Our dog loves them.

Pawtropolis has always been incredible with my dog Toby (both the Eastside and Westside locations). The staff are absolutely amazing, and take such great care of Toby and the other pets. I definitely trust Pawtropolis when leaving my dog in their care, whether it’s for daycare or overnight boarding. I highly recommend Pawtropolis, and love that my dog Toby had such a great place to spend some time each week!

Very unpleased with my dog’s experience.Made a reservation for a 3 night stay, at time of drop off gave detailed instructions to staff; that included new toys and bones for the luxury suite.Over stay only one report card was received, which included two photos that did not show injury. Upon pick up was horrified to find hisnose was burned/scratched/rubbed badly. Was told at first it was from his food bowl, story later changed to it was from the mat inside the luxury suite. Never informed of mishap until pick up.Upon pickup received 3 play time reports, one being very detailed/long and 2 being one sentence and illegible.Spoke to management, they informed me the mats in luxury suites are often cause of this type of injury. However, nothing has been done to prevent future occurrences.Very upset and will not refer or recommend to anyone else.

Absolutely the best place to have your pets play and board. Great professional and caring people. Fantastic facility. We have loved Pawtropolis for our cat and dog since we discovered it 9 years ago.No place is better anywhere. Flagg and Carole Taylor, Bart and Murray.

As a former employee, generally solid place. Good staff and management.Worth mentioning that the “staff tips” jar doesn’t go to staff, though.

My sweet 1 year old golden retriever came to stay for a luxury sleepover with daycare added on each day. I dropped him off with calming chews since it was his first time and told them to call me for permission to use if he seemed anxious. This morning, a girl called me and said "He is okay, nothing is wrong he is all good" and that he was scratching at the door before playgroup for daycare and asked if they could administer calming chews. I said yes and thanked her for called me. Upon picking him up, I learned that he had blood on his door and needed his paw cleaned and I was not notified. The employee thought they had called and spoken to the owner. I am the owner and no one told me. I found out unpacking his bag upon arriving home that he did not eat a meal from leftover bags. I called and THEN they told me he did not eat breakfast this morning when they asked to administer medication. He is not supposed to have the calming medication on an empty stomach so I would've said no. I also asked the food to be wet and it being dumped in the bag shows it was never made wet. I was excited for my dog's stay and am so disappointed and honestly feel I've only been told the half truth of my pup's stay. I went out of town placed my trust in a recommended business to be so let down is so sad, unfortunately look elsewhere for an overnight stay :(

After hearing mixed reviews about the boarding, I decided to give it a try anyways bc I've heard great things about the daycare here. My two dogs did a private apartment for 2 nights, and we also added on hikes for both of them. They were separated for meals and one was only fed 2 of the 6 servings that I packed. I filled out their feeding instructions online, had it written on the bags and went over it with the check in staff (not complicated - 1 cup 3x a day)... I noticed the bag was still full when I went to pick them up and I asked if maybe he was fed someone else's food and they assured me that was not the case.... But had no answers as to why my 6 month old puppy was not fed properly...
