This location is the worst in Athens. They can’t give you a new card when it’s lost even this is the main branch in Athens. Not to mention the ATM is never working. You literally have to go to the Oconee branch to get anything done. Time to make adjustment to the new times

I did not have a good experience at this location. I bank with a different credit union and this is a co-op location. It was the only one open on Saturday. The teller was not very friendly and did not help me figure anything out. Only after locking me out of my account for the day did she suggest I call my bank to ensure I was using the right number. Never once mentioned we only had 3 attempts until she had used them all. Will not be going back.

I wanted to give my thanks for this specific Credit Union. I've done countless Car Deals for clients through their Auto Assist Program with members. It gives us and the buyer less stress, back and forth, and so on what you would normally go through at an actual dealership.
I've worked with the Branch Manager, Kimberly, on several deals and each and every one of them have been stress free on both sides!
I want to say you can have full confidence on your auto loan with this group. Be sure to ask about their Auto Assist program! I might be your sales person if I happen to have the car that fits the bill!

Poor experience everytime I've been to this bank. Not friendly and they don't seem to want to help you. I deposited money one day, very next Day I went to do an address change and they wanted me to take my hat off. I will go to different locations from now on

Very poor customer service. Our set up experience was sub-par. The associate forgot our appointment and hurried us through the process. Consequently managing things from that point forward has been needlessly difficult.

This banks sucks! Especially the Athens location, they have an ATM but you can’t deposit money in it. On saturdays they only have the drive through open which makes the line very long
