This banks sucks! Especially the Athens location, they have an ATM but you can’t deposit money in it. On saturdays they only have the drive through open which makes the line very long

I've been with Peach State since 2015 and I will say they're policies and structure is not strong enough to compete with larger banks and FCU. I have more than 1 instance of issues.2020 I lost 868 dollars via cash app and never received my goods. I provided info and all the evidence to support my claims. I disputed it and they denied it twice after the appeal. The vice P of Branch lied to me and gave me false hope. They are a front who just holds money and doesn't improve credit or gives the best options. I could never get a credit card, never approved for a loan, just holds my money and can't restore any I lose. I woke up to a overdraft when the payment was there and they authorized the charge since I have overdraft protection....yet when I try it will decline. They rake money from you when you don't deposit often. I'm moving on from this broke bank.??

Id been with Robin’s financial since 2018 and after waiting nearly 6 weeks for them to re write my policy they STILL tried to give me a high interest. I walked into Peach State this afternoon and Kimberly had my paperwork drawn up and ready in no time with half the interest rates Robin’s had offered me. I will be bringing my business here.

We have been a customer with this credit union for years and satisfied with the service they have provided until now. The first problem, I had a third party cashiers check they wouldn't let me deposit so I put it in my safe deposit box. I go there early Saturday morning to retrieve and I'm told at the front door, "the lobby is closed on Saturday" and the door closed in my face. I don't frequent the credit union often. So, I drive to the drive thru, where I'm told it is by appointment only. I ask can I get an appointment today to get in a safe deposit book I pay for. The teller goes to ask someone, I assume it is the rude woman who closed the door in my face, she comes back and says there are no more appointments for today. How long does it take to let someone have access to a safe deposit box? Two to three minutes? I am not happy with this credit union.

The bank is horrible!! I'm convinced people are still using this bank just because they can get cars through them. I never got a car thru them and the bank just sucks. When you close your account make sure you change all connects with your accts with peach state everywhere, cause if not they will lie and say you owe them and take that money if money so happen get in the account that peachstate say is "supposed" to be closed. You all better run from this bank. It's not worth it. It's more than 1 credit union.
