This was a convenient place but the waiting room was filthy and small. No working toilets but I was pleased they were being repaired. I kept thinking they need a cleaning crew to come weekly and clean. Overall the experience was smooth and pleasant. I felt like they were honest fair and fast

It was a good experience but it took too long. My appt was at 11:30 and I got there 15mins early. I didnt leave til almost 2hrs later. Other than that it was good experience.

Do not recommend… called in early morning to get pricing on tires, they gave me a great deal and I made appointment for same day later that day to get them installed and we drove almost a hour to get this taken care of and when we got there he didn’t even add us in the system asking us if we called it in to make a appointment or made it online. I told him I called it in and was pulling up my call log and he says ohhh yeah you spoke with me. He goes gets the vehicle information and came back and said the tires are missing and the tires were probably put on the wrong so they have to order us some… literally ridiculous. Will not be coming back nor recommending.

Tried repeatedly to order 4 tires from the website. Staggered tires (2 different sizes) caused the computer to think it was 2 separate orders and was blocked by the website. Called in to the store, they tried to get a manager, was on hold and couldn't wait, had to drop off after 5 min or so. Let me be clear, the store tried to resolve this. Ultimately this is 100% on the corporate Pep Boys not supporting their stores. I can't be the only one with this problem.
It offers 2 tire sizes. But it doesn't distinguish between front and rear. And what if in the future the manufacturer wants larger tires on the passenger side than driver? The point being, keeping track of "front" or "rear" should be trivial in an application that deals with this on a daily basis.
Hell use it as a marketing tool: "we keep track of where your tires are on the car and when to rotate - and we remember where."

Service was wrong bad Joshua was rude. Threw keys and didn't speak to daughter in pickup. Hung up on me. Acted like we weren't in the system we paid with cash. That's why I saved receipts. This place didn't notice last time I came in 2 months ago to get an alignment and 2 new tire that the joint was broke? So $1.600 after we were rudely treated and paid for stuff that should have took care of the 1st trip. College town don't send your daughter here. Go to Buford. If it wasn't for manager helping this would be a 0 star. Save your self the trouble. Thank for not keeping the best tire for a spare like I wrote down. GO SOME WHERE ELSE! BEWARE ESPECIALLY WITH CASH & WHAT THE DO & SAY ABOUT YOUR. SERVICE THEY PERFORM. DOIBLE CHECK OR JUST TAKE ELSEWHERE. $2K ALMOST FOR 2 FLAT TIRES AND AND ALIGNMENT. TO BEGIN WITH
