“This place an absolute gem.
Every time I come in this store (which is a lot), they are always so helpful, accommodating to my needs and are extremely knowledgeable about the fish and care that comes with it.
They have even gone as far as allowing me to exchange fish that didn’t go well with my tank (due to different temperaments of the fish I already have). Even though it is quite unconventional to have fish traded out, they have been so kind and generous to me, whereas other places may not be as lenient or understanding. They truly care about the livelihood of the fish and I respect that so much.
My tank is now 100% complete and I now have a good group of fish that are happy and healthy. All thanks to this place!!! I am positive that I will never find a better fish store. Yay! Love them.

“Highly recommend! I picked up my lab from her gun dog training and she smelled awful. I gave her multiple baths and couldn’t get the smell out. I took her to Bark and not only does she smell amazing now but her nails are trimmed perfectly! I added on merry cranberry and you can smell the cranberries. Highly recommend using them!”
“Have had a good experience with Petsense. They don't have Pretty Liter but they have some that is just as good. Love it have used a half a bag and this makes the 4 weeks no smell of urine and it dries the poop out.”

“Seems to be good. Only issue is curbside a couple hours before closing. I’ve done this many times a couple hours before closing and each time I go inside the gentlemen says wow just call we will bring it out to you. Then the one time I do call I’m told they won’t bring it out. Def need to get the staff on the same page. Seems to be an issue with corporate stores. That said they have the food I need for my sick dog. Normally go to another pet store that’s closer to my home and better pricing but they don’t carry what I need.”

“This is the main tractor supply that I go to. I find them more reasonably priced compared to Tack & Feed stores. Customer service is good. I’ve never had an issue so I don’t know how the customer service is if something needs to be resolved. I’m also grateful that they do low cost pet vaccination days.”

“I strongly prefer Pet Supplies over their local major competitor due to the location, quality of service, and discounts. They generally offer most items that I need for my dog, including treats and toys, though their inventory is not as comprehensive as other retailers. Staff are eager to assist and engaging. I frequently am surprised by the discounts applied at the register, and those deals have made me a repeat customer, occasionally even leading me to the when I don’t need need my normal, recurring items like food and treats.”
