Staff are wonderful here. It’s disappointing to me that I’ll no longer be using them. I have used their self service pet wash for many months. After purchasing my third wash card on the 8th of January I used one wash credit. Unfortunately, I misplaced the card. What is the proposed resolution? Too bad so sad. Staff said they do not keep up with your wash credits… Despite requiring you to check in and provide your information every time you use the service. Despite being able to show proof of purchase/transaction records, they declined to provide any reasonable compromise or resolution. I’m sure there are some terms and conditions printed on the card that make what they are doing legal… But it’s extremely bad business practice. I won’t return for goods or services.

Bella is an amazing groomer! She takes exceptionally good care of my deaf dog. I appreciate how friendly, engaging and professional she is. My dog dislikes being goomed BUT loves Bella. I bought 5 fish and the employees mentioned they had recently had fish with ich so I had a bottle of ich treatment in my hand and the assistant manager says don't buy that. I wasn't very familiar with ich and the assistant manager stating the tanks had been treated recently so I didn't buy it. She did go to the very end of the isle and state she saw a fish with ich on it but said since it's in one of those tanks it couldn't infect the ones I was about to purchase. Within 2-3 days one fish died. A week later the other four died. They were covered in ich. I called the manager and he says that ich is always present on all fish and lies dormant till stress or poor water quality creates an outbreak and that maybe true in their tanks but not all fish has ich. Ive researched this since and to best of my knowledge Ich is a parasite that cannot survive without a host and my tank was a newly cycled tank that had no fish in it prior to making a poor decision. Good try buddy but no way my tank had ich and my tank created the problem. Doesn't fly with me. He said they sold 1000 fish over the weekend and nobody else has complained. Another good try to discredit the fact that I did not purchase healthy fish. I don't know their procedures but if you study the life cycle of ich by adding new fish every week to existing tanks with ich even if treated does not ensure the newly added fish will not become infected. Ich medicine does not treat the fully developed ich parasite once it's encapsulated. The tanks actually need to be quarantined for a time and treated multiple times along with the fish to ensure all the ich in all stages are eliminated. So a week and a half after I bought the fish the store sold a 1000 fish in a weekend. Four of mine did not show signs of ich for a week and half but by the time you can visibly see yet ich the fish are very sick. So when mine were literally dying they were still selling fish. Why sell fish that have been exposed to ick recently and then try and make the customer feel like it's somehow their fault. The customer feels bad enough after watching 5 fish die, $60 down the drain and starting all over again. My best guess is it's still profitable even if you give refunds to customers that realize the issue or don't give refunds and redirect blame on customers who are not extremely educated on fish. After leaving this review the manager calls me and leaves a message saying during our conversation I interrupted him several times and must of misunderstood him. He says I bullied his employees and what I stated on the review was false. Not false and I did not misunderstand him. Bullied? If anyone was bullied it was me! I called twice to speak with a manager and was told to call back the next day. At that time i told the employees about the ich. Was that bullying? It's ok to ask their assistance in purchasing but not to question them after the purchase. That's bullying. He ask me to call him back and he would refund me as he stated before. He will not be receiving a call back especially after being called a bully and all the bs that went with along with this purchase. I will be purchasing a 20 glofish variety on Amazon for $99 rather than spending $60 on five that were dead within a week and half. Amazon's reviews were good on that seller and I read reviews. I had glo fish that lived for two years. I went out if town and someone flipped the switch on the wall that controlled the outlet and the pump stopped working so the fish died. His refunding me doesn't forego the fact that I have to recycle my tank and start all over. I'll do without the refund because if I did go back there I'm not sure the treatment I receive will be positive. The night I purchased the fish the cashier was very hateful and said we are trying to close. I said what time is it and she stated 8:54 pm. Well excuse me but it wasn't 9pm yet. My new go to for all of my pet supplies! I have an exotic pet and always ordered all of my supplies from Amazon. Amazon has gotten too pricey, and I prefer to shop local and support small business. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t be shopping anywhere else!
