Before I get into this I would like to say someone named PENNY was very very rude to me. I hope she is reading this because she was the biggest jerk. If I didn't have any manners I would have cussed her out. Usually, I paid around $250 for a down payment then $155 - $177 til my next renewal. FIRST I noticed they wanted to charge me $66 more on my last payment of the year for some reason and they pushed back my payment till the end of the month when it is usually between the 15th and 19th due to payments every 30 days. So not thinking much of it, I paid it. ( which was stupid on my part) I waited till my next payment in December thinking i had already paid my renewal. I waited and noticed I didn't receive anything in the mail so I went up to this place after I called Insurance House to sort even thing out and make sure I didn't loose my licenses and the chick Penny wasn't having it. She was huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes at me and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. She then called insurance house and began to give them wrong info on what I was asking about. So I corrected her, she got annoyed even more and THEN when the person on the other line told her she was wrong is when she changed her whole attitude. Which didn't matter. I am done with this place. It has terrible customer service. My agent is named Mellissa who is very sweet and kind to me but she wasn't there that day, unfortunately. I will be reporting this place not only because someone was trying to overcharge me for no reason but because of the way Penny handled it. I suggest you fire her or properly discipline your employees because they have seriously messed up. Lastly to make it worse my dad had multiple cars insured through this place, they even messed up his payments as well. Wish I could give this a lower rating.

They dont return your calls or do what they say. Avoid this place all together. They ok rates but seem kinda shady.
