I'm literally going to have to start ordering my subs 2 business days in advance. I ordered a sub with a pick up time of 6:10pm ofc it's not ready. I go to the deli and wait in line to ask if my sammies were ready once I get to the front one of the employees tells me she will make my sandwiches when her coworker gets back and proceeds to take the customer behind me. Weird. Why not just start making mines. The other employee gets back and starts my sandwich after maybe 15 minutes. I'm watching her make my sandwich and reading my order and completely missing parts of my sandwich She didn't toast it, no cheese, no mayo, forgot the deli sauce. It's getting ridiculous. Everytime I go I have to wait atleast an hour after my pickup time to finally get my sandwiches. Please hire more deli people, and competent ones. The two stars are only cause the deli ingredients are so good. I'm a moth to a flame cause why to I keep ruin my day trying to get a sub from this deli.

I use a Good Rx prescriptiom card. I compare prices before refilling a prescription. I use Publix many times when they have the lowest prices which has worked out wel over the past year for me up until trwo weeks ago. Two weeks ago, I dropped off a refil for a ninty day supply of sollifenacin 10mg tablets. Laura who waited on me told me to come back next Thursday. I came back the following Thursday only to be told bt Laura tha the wholesaler had still not delivered solifenacin to their pharmacy. In disgust, I took my prescription to Walmart who filled it immediately. Today, I submitted a refill for a ninty day supply of diclofenac Sodium topical gel to Amy, who told me my order would be available this afternoon. A few minutes, Amy phoned me that Dioclofenac would not bde available indefinitely, and to buy it over the counter as voltarian. Diclofenac is less expensive when bought through the pharmacy than when bought over the counter. My read is tha tPublix oharmacy does not want to accept Good Rx customer anymore. I usually spend anywhere between $20 to $30 in the store when I refill a prescription there. Publix thanks to Laura and Amy have lost Publix a customer. Richard W Athens

I placed an order ahead sub order and it was estimated to be done in 40 minutes. I arrived at the estimated time, and have waited at the store for an additional 40 minutes without a sandwich. I've watched the line of people move and I have been told mine is being made, but I do not have it yet and it doesn't look promising.

Management is terrible at this location. Rude and incompetent. Deli is trash too. I placed orders for my staff and they "threw away" my second order because they thought it was a duplicate order even tho the order wasn't identical to the first order I placed. Why wouldn't you call the customer to ask them?? Didn't receive a call they just threw 6 subs away. I live in Oconee and the Publix there is superior to this location.

DON"T USE THIS DELI!! This was the 3rd time I ordered from this Publix deli. I also use 2 other Publix's for deli sandwiches. This one is consistently awful. Each time I have waited 30 min or more, past the ready time for a sandwich. This time I ordered on the app. It gave me a time of 25 mins. I left the house and got there 30 mins after I placed the order. 10 mins past pick up time bc I know this branch is slow. The sandwiches were not ready. I waited at the front of the store at the pick-up station. After 20 more mins (50 min in) I asked if the sandwiches could be checked on. They came back and said they were being made. 20 mins later I asked again. They came back with 1 sandwich and said the other was being made. 20 mins later I checked again. During this time I can see the deli area. 3 employees working, they had 5 customers come through the deli line and then check out in the same time I waited for what was now 40 mins in the store. 1hr 10 mins since I made the order. They then spent 10 mins making 1 sandwich for 1 guy. 10 mins later they brought my sandwich. Total time 1hour 30 min. And the encore::::: They were wrong! All that and I get home and they are wrong. I repeat - Don't use this deli! Go to one of the other 2 Publix's in this area.

This Publix and most are great. The customers are awful. I listened to 3 customers with the most stupid complaints. The red wasn't red enough but we ate half. My sandwich bread was tough but yet again it was 50% consumed. I would stop the easy refunds Publix offers

Rude employees in the pharmacy! Basically throw meds at you when you pick up .I only take big pharma pills when my life depends of it , other wise I never take these poisons they try to pass off as "meds" .Big pharma only covers up symptoms and never gets to the problem . You can't heal the body by trying to poison yourself back to good health

I have used this pharmacy several times but today they went above and beyond. Today was a horrible day, which included a sick toddler who’s fever was so high, the pediatrician office recommended no clothes. I called the pharmacy from the parking lot and asked if they were able to fill the prescription and call me when it was done so I could limit exposure for my toddler and the shoppers. They filled it and brought it to me outside of the doors so I didn’t even have to unbuckle the baby from the car seat! Not only did they do that for us, but they did it twice! Shortly after we received the first prescription, my toddler was very ill in the car and the dr ordered something to calm the nausea, and they brought that to the curb too! I am so thankful that they went above and beyond for us today as we were already having such a bad day that wasn’t made worse waiting for prescriptions to feel better and traipsing around a busy store with a contagious unclothed toddler.

I had such a wonderful experience at Publix today. Angel in the deli was the sweetest lady I have ever met. I almost wanted to get a picture with her but knew Derek would have really thought i was crazy! The sub’s were amazing, and honestly the prices weren’t that bad! I will definitely be back!

This was my go to store but then I went on Christmas Eve and they ran to the door to lock it in my face before their set closing time. I needed one 2lt and would have been out of the way quickly.
