It's my Publix, and I do frequent it quite often, but I certainly do wish someone would find a mop bucket and mop and hit the floors every now and then. I was in there Wednesday night and yes I know it gets a lot of business a lot of traffic but there are some evenings when I go in there it looks like a herd of elephants have run up and down the aisles. Something I would assume that a mop and mop bucket could rectify rather quickly

THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I had asked to speak to someone the other day because I could not reach a lot of items and they got their manager. She is honestly one of the rudest people I have ever met! She told me I should be able to to grab something and it wasn’t the store’s problems. Like I just need a item off the top shelf sweet heart it was seriously not that big of a deal… needless to say if you go to this Publix and the manger Odie DO NOT SPEAK TO HER!!! The women has no respect for the business, employees that work there and the people who shop there. It’s honestly sad that we have people like her who work in the service industry!

I've been a publix customer since 1992..... this location should be ashamed. It is a disgrace to the name Publix if you ask me. If you are able to find a spot to park in the parking lot be sure to check the expiration date of EVERYTHING you purchase from this location... I wish I had taken photos of the TWELVE products I found days past the expiration date.... this was on one trip. I should have known then to pack up and head around the corner to another grocery store.
I had been told before arriving they can be overrun with sub orders at the location so I thought I would plan ahead and be smart about arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time for my sub pickup. First thing into the store I headed over to the deli to pick up my sub.. it had yet to be started. So I say oh no big deal it literally has turkey and mayo on it, nothing else. (I have a very picky 10 year old who will not eat it any other way. Literallythe easiest sub i could imagine being made.) This shouldn't take more than a minute or two. We proceeded to do our grocery shopping and stop back after the 30-45 minutes we spent getting everything else. Return to the deli only to find out I still needed to wait in line and follow along with this sub being made. An hour and fifteen minutes after the original scheduled pickup time.. that is wild.
