Publix is an enjoyable store to go to. I nearly almost find eveything I need, and the employees are very friendly.

Was in the express lane with 11 items. Cashier yelled "SIR is that more than 10 items" in front of other customers. I am now sitting in another line and have been for several minutes as he sits in the lane next to me without a single person in the line. Rude and ridiculous. Shopping was not a pleasure 😒 😆.

They are the slowest at making subs. Do not get a sub made from Jan. She talks to herself and takes too long making your sub. You’ll wait in line over 30 minutes

Publix..so happy to have you..wish you had a little more variety in brands, but overall you are one of the best supermarkets imo! Mainly here to express my love for a spectacular employee that I believe deserves some recognition. Dennis in produce..he brings joy with him to work!! He spreads it around and decorates everything with care and love. Many times when I am there, I notice how everyone looks forward to conversing with him as they shop, sometimes singing instead. Dennis is so helpful, informative, and friendly too! He makes your store a real treat!

Manny the Manager helped me out when the water machine was acting up. We had already gone to the publix in Watkinsville & their machine was having issues also.
But Manny jumped right in to help me, he was already helping out in the parking lot and spotted I was having trouble.
THANKS MANNY!! We will be back to this location more often, as we live half way on either side of each publix. ( The manager in Watkinsville was not so helpful, she did not even step out from behind the counter to come look at machine after it had taken my money twice & she offered no way of handling or fixing the problem. Wish I had gotten her name🤬)

I always have a horrible experience ordering subs online at Publix. I was told by one employee (KeeKee) that they don't pay attention to online orders, they just take care of customers that come in. It doesn't matter if I order 30 minutes ahead of time or 3 hours ahead of time, it will not be ready 10 times out of 10, if KeeKee is working, when you place an online order. I just came in AGAIN and of course she told me that she worries about customers, NOT online customers, even though management told me that they would correct the problem the last time I was here. When you walk in, there are tons of orders just hanging from the printer being ignored (see photo). I ended up waiting in line to get my order. When I finally got up to the counter and told her that I had an online order that still wasn't ready, she said "it's not ready", then she asked the customer behind me if she could help them. I told her, No! I'm in line because my order wasn't made, so you can make mine next." Management, please do better at handling complaints and following up to verify the effectiveness of your actions taken as a result of a complaint!

All cashier lanes were full . Came to this lane with more then 10 items, cashier refused me service. I come back in and a line of people WITH MORE then 10 items were being served. Racial profiling?!? Not to sure. Poor customer service
