I read the reviews and I called and made my appointment. I got here ten minutes as they suggested and I was seen on time. Sha’ron was very nice and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable when she drew my blood. I don’t like needles but she was so professional. Thank you Quest and Thank you Sha’ron.

From the sign in on the Kiosk until I was told Goodbye was all about under 30 minutes. Although quick, very efficient! She answered questions I had and asked and made me feel comfortable when doing the stick! This place was clean and I would recommend anyone who needs blood work or specimen collected to go here!

I can't remember the ladies name that I was with, SHE WAS AMAZING, polite, descriptive, kind, professional, and she did not waste my time. Check-in was so easy as well.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Shawanna Smith administered my blood test. She was very pleasant and took the proper amount of time to doublecheck her work for accuracy. I very much appreciated that. I had a very good customer experience.

I was processed about 25 mins ahead of my 10.30 apt….appreciated as I was fasting. The nurse was competent, thorough and fast. Multiple vials, painless and on my way in 15 mins.

Such rude workers wouldn’t even waste my time with this facility kept trying to call no answer I needed info on how it even works I’ve never been sent to a place like this. I get there make an appointment earliest was 4 hour wait time then get to the back finally and had to deal with rudest lab worker that was going to be doing my bloodwork this is not a field where you need to lack customer service 🥴

Two stars for the people who work here being great.
Quest on the other hand just randomly charged $3k on my card 2 months after my appointment. No bill, no receipt. I'll gladly pay what I owe, but I'm pretty sure receipts and bills are legally required quest. I've tried to contact them about this, but the wait time is always like an hour and my call "drops" before I get anyone.

Quest Diagnostics in Athens, Ga. The lab tech, I had didn’t believe in common medical cleanliness or safety practices. She had gloves on when she opened the door. She took my paperwork and typed in my information, took my insurance information, and handed it back to me. With the same gloves on the whole time, then she proceeded to dig in the bin for what I hope is a clean needle. Draws the blood, and of course, she misses, then she moves to the other arm which I asked her not to do. Complete the draw and I walk out. She never even took her gloves off. She had 2 more pairs just sitting on the table. Not a clean or sterile practice. She is going to make someone sick or cause a bacterial infection.

Shawanna was so professional with good bedside manner and so good at her job! She drew 5 vials of blood from me in half the time it usually takes other people to draw even just 1 or 2 :) Chatting with her and how quickly and efficiently she got my blood work done made this the most pleasant experience I've ever had getting lab work done. Thank you, Shawanna!!!
