Race Trac is my favorite stop for gas and a bathroom break. Each store sells the most delicious frozen yogurt 😋

Bro. Pray for the co manager who’s taking over this morning. I wasn’t going to do a review but fountain drinks being down was the final straw.
You got big ol dude at the cash wrap on his phone doing nothing. He saw me walk to the side door, but it was locked, and he didn’t bother mentioning it I guess. Dude stood there for a good 20 minutes on his phone watch the cameras 5:50 am - 6 am. Outside trash was overflowing. I was hungry, wanted a croissant, but they didn’t have breakfast our, just pizza. The roller grills aren’t being properly cleaned either… their egg rolls had dark grey stains on them which is signs of a roller grill not being cleaned which is crazy cause it’s literally just soap and a rag lol.
Coffee was fine. Bathroom had no paper towels so I was forced to touch a handle after a guy who used the bathroom didn’t wash his hands. I’m telling you this was a very surprising experience, and it seems to be a recurring issue at every RT I go to.
Also lot is absolutely trashed, outside trash is overflowing, and there’s like 4-5 people clocked in. What is this lol

Around 8 pm on a Saturday, this place was quite busy. I stopped here because it was listed on the Upside app and was the cheapest priced gas around. I was initially confused about the difference between 87 octane and 88 octane gas but I opted for the 87 to be safe as the 88 appeared to be maybe flex fuel which my car does not use. The store and bathroom inside were clean.

To be honest, this company does not secure their app with debit cards. We will only be using in store. And self checkout.

Recently employees have been putting Handwritten signs on the door signs on the door stating that they are closed, but the pumps are still on.

Racetracs in general are subpar compared to QuikTrip and the like, but this one is at the low end of Racetracs. Every time u come here, there's something. Maybe they're closed for an hour or more in the middle of the night. Maybe the bathrooms are closed for no reason (though I'd bet it's because these people don't want to clean them). Even when everything is functioning, most of the staff is rude or indifferent.
