The two women at the checkout looked at me racistly and angrily from the moment I entered. It's very bad. This store has good merchandise, but the attitude of those people will make me not come back.

A lot of the merchandise is final sale. They have no fitting rooms. You have to ask what is final sale before purchase, especially if you’re unsure if an item will fit. Otherwise, you’re stuck with items that don’t fit and out of money. I was unable to return a romper and was told because “people don’t wear panties with them”.

So I just did return at your Lexington Rd location. I had my original receipt and was within the return timeframe. An older lady asked if this was an even exchange or a refund. I replied refund. Once that was said, her whole demeanor changed. She riffled through the bag looking at the merchandise. I told her none of them had been worn. She scrutinized each item, checked all the tags, even the bottom of the shoes. Another lady came up, she didn’t have the same attitude and went along with starting the refund process. Meanwhile, the older lady is huffing under her breath and making noises as if I’ve done something wrong with returning unwanted and unused items. The way she carried ob, made me feel as though the money was coming directly from her pockets. It didn’t not make me feel good as a paying customer. I’ve done returns at other stores and have never gotten that kind of negativity. I’ve been shopping at your stores for years and this has been the general consensus across the board. It makes me not want to go back in there anymore in fear that I may need to return something and get the same treatment. Customer service goes a long way as it will make or break someone experience.

Very bad service, they should have a person who speaks Spanish, they almost kicked me out after buying almost 300 and no discount like Roos or Burlington

I waited over an hour for the store manager to return she was gone for an hour & a half & her assistant manager was scared to do a refund so I had to wait & she would not put it on my card I purchased with & the the tag did not match the size of merchandise $ she said a customer did it when the tag was attached to the shoe. She was rude after I had waited on her she did not apologize or speak to me when she approached me. I CANNOT believe this company condones this type of customer service to paying customers.

They have a really nice selection of clothes and I prefer this location even though it’s not the closest one to me.. HOWEVER... the staff seems like they don’t want people coming in. They always seem to have an attitude. Everytime. No smile. No hello. Nothing. Today I asked the lady for a paper towel and one lady said “uhh” and another went to grab one and then when she gave it to me I said thank you and she said “mmhm.” Like.. you can just tell they hate everyone or hate their job one of the two. I like to shop here because of the clothes and price but it’d be nice to have better customer service. It seems that you ruin their day by coming in...

I brought my girls here to look for dresses and usually have a good experience. Not here, the two women working did not say a single word to us. A handful of people came in after us and they were greater, one of them was told to let the staff know if they need any help... Unprofessional, unwelcoming and I will not be returning.
