One of the best experiences I've every had. Ms. Carole Cape was heaven sent and I appreciate her working with my schedule to view the property and being reachable when I had questions and concerns. First impression means everything and she definitely exceeded expectations.

I rented from ROC for 3 years and had a great experience. Dane was my property manager, and he was WONDERFUL. He was always right on top of things that I needed, and when move out time came he was extremely helpful and made my move smooth. I’ve never felt cared about by a rental company, but Dane changed that for me!
