Horrible service, rude employees. I will not go there again and the leadership condones in unprofessional behaviors from their staff so there’s no need to complain to them. They will put the problem off on another bank

This bank has went far down hill! Poor, poor customer service and bad representation of a credit union. They lack the ability and skills to problem solve any issues concerning fraudulent activity. They have fail not once, but twice with keeping my spouse’s account safe. They give you run around and fail to follow up. You never speak with the same person, nor does the previous person notate the account. Like how is this acceptable??? They rush you off the phone to avoid conversing with you and refer you to other people that don’t have a clue on the issue. I’m not sure if it’s an entire Robin financial issue or just this particular bank in Athens, Ga but DO NOT BANK WITH A BANK THAT FAILS THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS MISERABLY!

Called today for an auto loan pay off & spoke with the rudest two girls that refused to give me my last payment info, I had to call a third time to get the pay off amount! Poor poor customer service! If that is as good as they can hire to answer the phone lines , I would close the business & start over. Sad world! The two ladies are our entitlement sector for sure with no doubt!

Bunch of bums! No concept of customer service. Can't send a check card. Can't turn on the drive thru lights to give a green light. Horrible folks in Athens Georgia!

Zero customer service skills and horrible attitudes. My friend went in the day before as well and had the same exact issue with the same girl. Thankful this isn’t my usual bank.

Would absolutely not recommend anyone to bank here. There employees like Hopelyn are not friendly, very rude and have no manners. Not surprised though considering the manger Joe Wyrick is a j*** himself. Very impolite. No manners. No greeting to members. Every last employee in here needs hospitality training

It seems that the customer service here is just horrible. Every time my spouse, and I come here the tellers always have a attitude. Hog Mountain always treats us like family.

If you are looking for a car loan, find Brittany. She knows her stuff and am fast and professional. The last thing you want is a loan officer who doesn’t know what to do.She helped me secure the loan fast and at ease, then when the car check got lost by mail. She made it work. 10/10 thanks so much Brittany!
