Zero customer service skills and horrible attitudes. My friend went in the day before as well and had the same exact issue with the same girl. Thankful this isn’t my usual bank.

Would absolutely not recommend anyone to bank here. There employees like Hopelyn are not friendly, very rude and have no manners. Not surprised though considering the manger Joe Wyrick is a j*** himself. Very impolite. No manners. No greeting to members. Every last employee in here needs hospitality training

It seems that the customer service here is just horrible. Every time my spouse, and I come here the tellers always have a attitude. Hog Mountain always treats us like family.

If you are looking for a car loan, find Brittany. She knows her stuff and am fast and professional. The last thing you want is a loan officer who doesn’t know what to do.She helped me secure the loan fast and at ease, then when the car check got lost by mail. She made it work. 10/10 thanks so much Brittany!

Worse credit union I've ever dealt with. Brittany customer service is the worse. Yells at customers and gets upset when you yell back or threatens you. Deposit money there 10 days ago and still can't get it. Will not be available for another 3 days. These are checks from company I work for and I've deposit from them regularly since opening my account. I deposited check at my other bank same day same way and it cleared in two days. As soon as money clears will be removing all money and closing account. Brittany can yell at other customers.

Tried to open a checking account with these guys and it was one issue after another couldn't get the correct answer from people who work there, about five days after funding the account I closed it just to many people telling the wrong information,may I suggest to anyone thinking of banking here to just run away.............

Great credit union to bank with. I have had an account with Robins for 34 years. Several auto loans, mortgages and refinances. Never any issues. I have many family members and friends who have left big name banks to bank with Robins. Their only regret was they didn't switch sooner. Don't let the negative reviews steer you away. Find out for yourself.

I'm not sure how this establishment is able to literally get away with theft, but I sent the $1000 payment with a rushed service fee of 39.95 attached with it to the payee. Interesting enough the payment never went through to the mortgage company, therefore the payment would have been late had I not double checked on it.Then had to send the money over the phone to make the payment and then when I showed evidence of me never getting the service that I had originally paid for all Robins told me was a back and forth time wasting excuse such as well you need to call customer service or you need to call the bill pay service and they'll get it squared away.I am beyond frustrated and exhausted with this place!! I am looking for a new banking establishment and I would highly recommend that no one ever bank with them!!The service here is Dawg???

I’ve been banking with Robin’s since 2018. They were the 2nd bank to give me a chance after I messed up my credit and until now I thought they did me a favor. I took a 16% interest with them AFTER paying off my first car note through my previous bank with NO late payment history. They told me when I did after a year re finance and it will go down. On March 23, 2022 (same time my car payment is due) I walked into robin’s and spoke with Jerrell Echols. He runs my credit and tells me 12%! He says but wait until April 1st and I will get you a much lower rate. April 1st rolls around and I reach back out he said then 13.9% (2 weeks later because it takes him 2 days to respond to anything) I said that’s not what you told me March 23 and you had me wait until the 1st now it’s 2 weeks later and the rate is higher?!? I’m so confused by this he says ok I can honor the 12 let me get it approved. I have messaged and hounded him about these papers he kept telling me tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow.. this morning (April 27th 2022) he says (after 2 more days of silence) my underwriter said you have to make your account current in order to write it. Not sure why they didn’t consider the fact that this process started several weeks ago but regardless. At 2pm this afternoon I walked into Peachstate financial credit Union and by 4pm they had me at half the interest rate robins was offering me. Robins gave me the Worst experience I’ve had in a long time trying to get a loan taken care of and the last thing I wanted to do was take a hit on my perfect payment history because someone wasn’t doing there job. At first I was understanding but after a few weeks I felt I was being overlooked and pushed to the side. Closing my checking accounts next..UPDATE: today they have deducted money from my account with out my permission to pay a payment on the same car I just re financed yesterday. Pretty sure it is illegal to withdraw money and apply to an account that is now closed…

First of all had a account for many years had to go to regions bank to get loan. The people at the Athens and call center for not helpful at all plus . Tried to get something verified to use Apple Pay can only be done at there office or email. No 24 hour banking except automated system. They also to me could care less if you bank with them or not. So if you call after 5 pm on weekday you are on your own

I have been a Robins customer for many, many years and highly recommend this bank. The customer service is exceptional whether you contact the bank online, via phone, or in person. In addition, the online banking platform is easy to navigate and to access. Robins simply provides a great overall banking experience year after year.
