A lot of out of stock colors. Most of the staff have been friendly and helpful but the woman with the short blonde hair and heavy accent is so rude each time I’ve gone in. I had a couple questions and she answers them but in a condescending way. Then while cashing me out she passed judgement on the fact that I plan to do my hair myself and rolled her eyes. My husband looked at me shocked at how she was behaving. Half of your business comes from people doing their hair at home it’s what pays your checks so hold your judgement. I’ve been doing my own hair since I was 13 it was just a brand and technique I wasn’t familiar with. She seriously needs to reevaluate how she treats the people that keep her working. My hair turned out great btw

Irina & KENNEDY are such a sweet people and employees . I went straight to then and told them I have questions for them in regards to perm solutions and the items I needed they were very knowledgeable and funny . They kept the conversation going and didn’t make me feel d*** in any way . 10/10

It shows on here that the store update their hours 7 days ago- so why does it show they open at 10 on sundays but when you get to the store it’s not open and doesn’t open until 11? Do better.

I've selected pay online and pick up in store, and the sales associates refused to fulfill my entire order unless I paid extra.

I live in hartwell, so I don’t always get to come to this one. But I went today because I had hair crisis and it came out the wrong color and the 2 sweet ladies in there ready to help when I came in and they both went out of there way to help me pick a color! I was platinum and went to tone with a violet kicker and somehow it came out strawberry ginger and I was freaking but they reassured me and helped me pick out color. It was just a nice encounter. I have severe social anxiety and struggle to communicate but I didn’t have any problem with that when I came to this store!

Yesterday at Sallys I asked the sales associate when she opened. She glared at me saying 11 when the door said 10. She was so rude to me it affected me with my purchases!

I had a great experience shopping at this Sally's! Chelsea and Legacy were especially sweet and helpful in answering my questions about how to dye my hair and what to use.

I went to the Atlanta Hwy location a week or so ago to buy a specific kind of hair color and the employees were very helpful and even helped me get other items that I needed in order to do the procedure properly! Very nice!

If i could give no stars I would.....you don't want to check me out because I don't have on a mask...yall can be controlled if yall want to but not me....you had on a mask whats the big deal...then you sling the products I wanted to purchase....did that make you feel better...i certainly hope so. I will be calling the main office....it is NOT required to wear a mask they are asking yall and if i refuse thats on me. Service sucked absolutely the worst....
