Joseph has delivered the goods for me for a few years now and he is terrific and wonderfully engaging. He understands my color desires and my cut needs and guides me where I need to go. I’ve been going to Salon DM3 since it’s opening. No matter the stylist I have always been pleased. I never see anyone walk out of there with less than perfect color. Nothing extreme or distasteful. EDIT: please reference weird response from owner below in which random details of another situation are leaked which doesn't even seem applicable to my friend's.My friend received absolutely horrid treatment at this location. She was in tears after multiple appointments to fix extensions and color correct when the results were still absolutely abhorrent for the money she had paid which they will not return. This is in addition to multiple other friends and my girlfriend either not receiving quality service or enduring unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from employees and management.Please before booking take a look at some of the negative reviews of this place and how the owner responds in such a petty and aggressive fashion. Do not choose to do business with this type of person especially if your own image and finances are important to you.Services: Hair coloring

My college daughter, who is a returning customer (many years), had a confirmed 9:15a appt for hilights and trim/style but was refused service because their books wrongly showed 9:00a. So, she will be moving her business to the salon I frequent which would never have treated her so badly.In response to Donna's clarification note: Lauren is responsible for not realizing the text confirmation the day before her appointment stated the wrong time of 9:00am. Her appointment was scheduled for 9:15am. She arrived to the business at 9:30am which was within the 15 minute grace period. Yes, you did offer for her to come back later in the day, but she was unable to because of her needing to go back to Demorest for a college class/eval. that she could not miss. The "rudeness" or poor treatment mentioned is because of the TONE the manager and/or stylist(s) may use from time to time, as if customers should feel privileged to be allowed to step foot into the salon. I do apologize that Lauren was 15 minutes late, BUT... there have been times she was cancelled on last minute, ie. when the stylist wanted to attend the UGA Nat'l. C'ship. PARADE, and Lauren had to find time in her busy student-athlete schedule to re-book. While I do believe DM3 to have talented stylists and some very nice staff, it would be nice if the TONE of the business/manager was less confrontational and arrogant, and a little more welcoming, humble, and grateful for good customers. Thank you.
