Very unprofessional! Also I want to say maybe 95.5% of the time you will have an issue with the vehicle they sell to you. I have had on going issues with them. Neither the airhead who answers the phone helps nor the “manager” of the establishment. Very poorly ran business!

They are horrible!! The girl who answers the phones is very rude and sounds very uneducated the way she speaks to customers. It does not help that their cars are very low quality. I am not from in town so at first glance they appeared just fine but they are unprofessional and probably the worst place to purchase a vehicle.

Very bad customer service! For starters I purchased a Honda civic from them and got it check it was completely rusted and went to change it out and the next Honda civic they sold me I had to take it back to them atleast 5 times for it to get repairs done and that was in the little 6 weeks that I had it. They changed it out for another one which is a Honda Accord. The accord had to have a sensor replaced. 3 cars and all 3 have had their issues. Now I call to try to make a payment and the girl who answers the phone is extremely rude and hangs up on me like 3 times. They don’t want to let me make my payment claiming that my insurance is not valid when I have had my insurance since I got the 1st car with them. Very un professional, no quality in their vehicles and I highly do not recommend!

Vary disappointed in them I had my car for 3 years after it's paid off an I still don't have a title I can't even use the car went back an forth during covid an they couldn't get it which I understand but now there is know reason they can't get one unless they never had one I don't think I'd buy another car there always thought I would but not after this

They are irresponsible, they sell cars and if there is a problem in the process they say that it is not their problem that you mark and solve it. The same owner sold me a car for cash and I have not received the title in 5 months and now he says that it is not his problem that I send it to another address and that I look for it, which is no longer its problem, that is called irresponsibility with your sales if you don't sell anything.
