Been a customer for three years and got my oil and AC filter changed here for my Nissan Altima 2017. Service is done in usually less than an hour so they let me stay in the waiting room, which is neat and tidy. The staff here are friendly and always make me feel welcome. All in all, I'd 100% recommend them for routine maintenance.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I brought my car in just a few days ago and paid $441 for repairs. Three, the check engine light came back on — this isn’t the first time this has happened after getting work done here.
Today, I came back to get it checked and without asking for my consent, they went ahead and added oil and then expected payment. I was not given the option to approve the service beforehand, which is standard practice they've done with past transactions. The assumption that I could just afford it was unfair and put me in a very difficult financial position — I had to charge it on a credit card I'm already struggling with.
When I expressed my concern about not being consulted first, Sanchez sarcastically asked, “So should I take the oil out of it?” — which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Customers deserve transparency, communication, and respect — especially when it comes to costs and consent. I will not be returning.

Don’t waste your time, had an appointment, and got a tow, just for the mechanic to tell me that it was “too much work” and they sent it back on the tow truck

I’ve had three experiences with Sanchez Auto and each visit has been stellar! Most recent experience was a turning signal lightbulb went out. I went in expecting to not get my vehicle back immediately only for them to fix it in 20 minutes and sent me on my way! They are honest and upfront with pricing and have never tried to add on a service or expense that’s not needed. It’s definitely a business worth supporting!
