I needed a quart of paint and went to the store to find that they were closed for inventory. When I walked to the door to read the sign, an employee let me in, asked what I needed, made the paint, and rang me up within 3 minutes. This act of generosity makes me want to use Sherwin-Williams for all my paint supplies in the future.

No help offered and when asking questions they didn't know the a swer or seem to care. I went to Sherwin Williams becsuse in the past the other locations i went to were very knowledgeable and helpful. I just left.
