“To be fair, this shopping center has been around a long time and it doesn't show as much as it did 10 years ago. I feel like the current property management company has reinvested somewhat in keeping it generally clean. The Dollar General Marketplace, Thrift Store, and Restaurants are all far better than someone would expect at first glance. It's also a pretty nice, safe neighborhood contrary to it's appearance and resident businesses.”

“Went to Office Depot for some printer cartridges. I was helped by a staff member right away. Great staff. I got one wrong cartridge, so I went the next day and my return was easy and quick.”

“The seafood was fresh and well selected! The king crab was absolutely delicious! The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere made you feel grand. The food was okay. The veggies were cooked a little longer than I liked but they were all just appetizers to me in comparison to the crab.”

“Seems like a life time. Although most of the employees are no longer working there, or passed to a much wonderful place. From 2006 to present day 2024 Walmart is my home away from home.”

“It's definitely changed over the years, but some of my favorite stores have remained. However, this is the most congested shopping center in Athens and idk how it could be fixed. I've been different times of the day on different days and it's always the same, congested. So be patient and watchful of other drivers when you visit.”

“This mall used to be a fantastic place, but things have taken a turn for the worse. Some of the stores like Rainbow and Elite Furniture have shut down, and even Bath & Body Works is gone. It's pretty sad to see the mall going down the drain, and guess what? We're part of the problem. A lot of us have been shopping online, and that's hurting these malls.But here's the good news – we can fix it! To make this mall awesome again, we all need to start shopping at the few stores that are left. When we do that, it shows that we want the mall to thrive. And when more people start shopping here, it'll attract new stores to come in. So, let's support our local mall and make it a great place for everyone once more!”

“One of the oldest in the area, but one of the best around. I hope they don't try to change this one into that layout the new ones are. Would ruin this store. Come here often for a whole italian from the deli as well as many other goods. Keep it up”

“This Publix and most are great. The customers are awful. I listened to 3 customers with the most stupid complaints. The red wasn't red enough but we ate half. My sandwich bread was tough but yet again it was 50% consumed. I would stop the easy refunds Publix offers”

“Selected a mattress online and wanted to try before buying. I called the store and it turned out the one we were interested in wasn't stocked at any nearby Mattress Firm location. Vincent told me he had a very similar one on the floor that we could try but I had called just before closing. Went in the next day and he was off, but he had left instructions with another sales person who showed the similar one.We want ahead with a purchase order and a two week later delivery schedule. That date came and went with no mattress. I called the store the following day and spoke to the manager Daphne.She was unaware the mattress hadn't been delivered but said she would find out. She came back with another delivery date;again two weeks out. Needless to say we were not happy. We've had the mattress (Sealy Posturepedic plus Opportune II)for a month now and it was well worth its usual price and even better at the sale price we paid(about 1/2 msrp).We jokingly like to say our only gripe is that it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning!Mattress Firm and their delivery partner dropped the ball as far as the delay was concerned..especially not informing the local store about it(or us for that matter).The local folks,Daphne and her sales associates did a five star job”
