The ONLY reason it's not 5 stars, is that I would rather have actual human beings to work with onsite. The space is clean. Didn't know there would be carts available, that could have been explained to me. If it was in the fine print, I guess that's on me.
Other than that, it was quite easy to get a space.

Damon was great. I was in an emergency situation and needed a storage room immediately and they handled it quickly and easily over the phone. Moved in 20 minutes later. Storage unit seems very clean and pleasant.

Venessa was very helpful on the phone when I was reserving my storage unit. She was able to clearly give me directions when I arrive what I need to do. She even was able to offer a discount with the auto pay program. We went inside the facility as well. So far so good.
