I never was in an accident that led to substantial damage before. I was referred to this shop by a friend who works with Cars and I can truly say this shop calmed my fears and led me every step of the way! I felt so ignorant about what to ask and what things meant but Randee kept reassuring me that everything was OK and she didn't mind breaking down the jargon or the process. Plus, I had notifications a few times a week to get information on my car. Everything looks better than when I first bought it! Grateful that this referral was 100% worth it.

I’m happy with the work and service I received. They also have a deal with the Enterprise rent a car up the road where Enterprise will pick you up at the shop and you can also leave your rental there. Very convenient and saves time

We have used these folks twice now on our Lexus 350. Once for a rear end collision and once when a deer decided to take out the front end. I actually toured the facility before I hired them to make sure they weren’t some terrible fix-it place that was going to do a half butt job. their service bays are almost clinically clean and you can tell they care a lot about what goes in and what comes out of their place. They’ve also been really good at dealing with my idiot insurance company that wants to put in $80 parts that are mission critical that should cost 800. I drive an hour and a half one way just to leave it there and go past I don’t know how many other shops that I wouldn’t let them change the tire on my bicycle. You won’t go wrong hiring them.

Wow I can not believe how honest and fair this establishment is. God know how much I was willing to pay. He don’t even charge me. Highly recommended this place.

I decided to get service because I was impressed because they were always so busy.The staff up front were very nice. I had so issues with my car that were not explained to me.There was a confrontation about the issues. The manager didn’t handle it well and I was so disappointed..All I can say is you live and learn. I made a mistake going there.

Really great! Fixed my car nicely, and even ran out to my house to fix my battery when we discovered it had been reinstalled incorrectly. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.

You always think it's going to be a headache when your car goes into the shop but with Specialty paint and body it WASN'T. The staff kept me updated as to how the progress of our car was going throughout the week and answered any questions I had. When I got our car back it was very clean inside and the work done to it was amazing. Highly recommend them.

The staff is super friendly and their communication is top notch. Jason and his team did an amazing job replacing our front bumper after a run in with a deer. Looks brand new and the paint is a perfect match!
