This visit involved returning equipment and changing service from the location in one town to another town 30 miles away. The account manager was very personal, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service was transferred easily and the equipment was upgraded.

After going thru everything and getting an amazing excellent quote,.....one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and they upgraded my account to compensate for the ACP discount so it was like having no discount at all. Zero stars. I know they have excellent reliable service. I had them for a year. But this upcharge for trying to get a discount that I more than qualify for,...all that just to find out they don't provide services at my address....yet. ??

One of the many reasons we love spectrum is the customer service. Today we experienced exceptional customer service from Tiffany. We went in to get new phones and had some issues and she was amazing and so very helpful with everything! Tiffany went above and beyond to help us get what we came in for!

This store is a joke. They never have phones in stock, ever. "well if your phone's working why not just order it" because y'all won't let me change the address it's sent to when I'm at work all the time and I don't live in a nice area. Then it's the systems down while they are actively taking and assisting customers. There's no phone number to call any of the stores so you don't waste a trip. The service is also pretty terrible, just know that you will have dropped calls and your data will run super slow. I thought I could deal with the service issue with how low the price is but with the inconvenience that this entire experience has yielded, I'm switching to a different carrier. Avoid this place like your life depends on it. Spectrum is playing dress up as a cellphone provider, they aren't taking it seriously.

While the store was fine and I was called upon not too much later than my scheduled appointment, they do not accept hardware returns and informed to go to UPS. I waited inside for at least 20 minutes, wasting my time. They should have clearer instructions for returns or at least post a sign indicating that for all hardware returns, you need to go to UPS. This would have saved a lot of drama and time. I was not the only one impacted either. ?

Extremely poor customer service. I made a reservation to pick up equipment and then drove across town only to find that the equipment was not available. I was then told to make another reservation. The person I spoke with seemed more interested in getting me out the door than in assisting me.

Returning equipment was terrible but they are a Great internet provider but this store in particular has terrible customer service. Almost skipped us in line because they mixed up customers names and they don’t have any posted information about returning equipment. If you need to return equipment just go straight to UPS next door instead of waiting an hour to be told to go straight there.

Walked in and was next in line with three people working. Sat down and waited over an hour and they were still working with the same people with no end in sight. Some bumped us down to the second available appointment since they "reserved" one.Walked out of the store without any help. 16 different people were waiting by the time we left. Do not go to this location!!!

Spectrum said my modem bad and had to do equipment swap. Expected to show up and swap equipment. Instead show up and 15 people waiting to sign up for service, but phones, etc. 2 people working who are taking 30+ min per person. What idiot set this system up, when anybody with a below average IQ would determine since equipment swaps take ONE MIN to do those as they come in instead of making them all wait for the 30-40min PER PERSON for signing up for new services?!
