Terrible customer service, I came to set up my kids' watch, and they served other customers who arrived after me. More than 30 minutes waiting, and I left. Of course, as I had already paid the previous week.

Last night my phone was detroyed. I panicked as I do everything with that phone. They close at 8, I entered at 10 minutes till close. Nick not only helped me purchase a phone, he helped me set it up and get everything downloaded. He stayed late for me, and I truly appreciate his help and guidance!

My short time with TMobile was some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I am a very patient person with those in customer service roles, which is one reason I think I got screwed in this situation. Day 1 should have been a red flag for me, but I was so excited about starting my own account that I didn’t let the 4 hour process bother me. Looking back, 4 hours just to set up a phone is ridiculous. To top it off, when I got home, my cell phone number wasn’t even connected to my phone, it was on a watch. I was upsold the entire time, home internet, free watch, new phone, definitely should trade in, want Netflix on us - get the best most expensive service plan and we get all these perks. You know the name, I did it. Think of all the savings…WRONG! I feel like an idiot even sharing this! I spent a ton of money having to return items that never worked. I was told my daughter could use the watch, well, no, she couldn’t because it wasn’t a stand alone plan. So I had to pay $40 to restock it. They even got excited when I returned it because I hadn’t opened it so they would be able to resell it. Rude. I am testing out the home internet, well the first rainfall comes and that completely stops working! I had to return that and I believe there was another restocking fee. So here we are almost 2 weeks into my service with them and I have had to return 2 of the three items I got (and pay to return it)! I had been on the phone with customer service for HOURS at this point still trying to get that free netflix to work. It never did. They credited my account $10 a month to make up for it. I should have given the phone back then but how was I supposed to know what was coming. I went to the lake with friends a month later and from the time I got there, I had no service, I couldn’t text, I couldn’t check email, I couldn’t make a call or stream music. It was NUTS! For an entire weekend I had no phone. When I got back I went into the store and they took my phone, made some changes and gave it back saying it should work now. So off I went, thinking everything would be fine. Well for the next week I had to call almost daily! They kept telling me they just needed to reset the network or switch the tower. I kept saying this is ridiculous and I can’t run a business this way. It was so bad that my phone wouldn’t even work at the kids school. I kept dropping phone calls and missing client calls. I was so mad. I am paying for this super expensive service and phone and I legit can only use it at home. THEN the music stopped streaming at home. I was bonkers. I called and said that is it, I am over it, I don’t want anything to do with T-Mobile anymore. Well they kept trying to tell me the problem was with the phone. I kept saying, no that is not the case, I have been told it is a service issue by people at T-mobile. Finally a supervisor left me a voicemail stating I can return the phone. You know the worst part is, it doesn’t matter who calls you, you will never speak to the same person twice. If you go into the store you will spend hours in there because they have to call the same people you would call. At least I can call from the comfort of my home and multi-task. Well, after much investigation on T Mobile's end, they called me to tell me no such voicemail existed and I would have to go into the store. They just called me a LIAR!I have the recording. So I go to the store, play the recording, they try to help me but have to get approval from corporate because I am out of the buyers remorse, 14 day, period. Another week passes and they call and say I can return the phone. I go in, give them the phone and guess what. They gave me $12! I was in SHOCK! They took my iPhone 12 and gave me nothing in return! I was told you are lucky to be getting this, that other phone is gone. Sorry. I paid money toward the other phone, I didnt have service for MOST of the time I had the phone and they only gave me $12! I at least thought there would be some kind of compensation for the phone I gave them. So I learned a hard lesson.

There were only 2 employees in store today and both were busy helping customers (totally understandable) we stood there for very well over 30 minutes and at the same time other customers were walking in and leaving a couple mins after noticing 1.we were being completely ignored and 2. The wait time was ridiculous!! What was most frustrating is the T mobile employees did not seem to have any urgency to help any of the incoming customers, we weren’t even acknowledged!

I had a nice man willing to help me switch my sim card and there were some complications along, but he made the process easy. Said I could come back once I could get the owner on the phone. We go back in with the owner of the phone line ready to get a code to confirm identity and there's this and I quote, "single mom" who decides to make our lives harder and refuses to switch our number to a sim card because "so many people are trying to swap sim cards and use them for things." The lady was absolutely unprofessional and made our lives harder for absolutely no reason out of her own fear of "losing her job." I empathize with that but how she acted towards us was extremely out of hand and she was paranoid to the point of extremity.

Visited multiple times to redeem promotion, along with being sent back to the store by customer service and each time I’m told they have no knowledge of it or can’t find it, despite me having the order number for the item. No, dude, I’m not sitting on hold with customer service for three hours again.

We came in to see what our options were to switch from AT&T, get new phones & possibly add some devices for our daughters. We had a lot of questions & several different things we were trying to achieve. A gentleman named Wilson helped us. He was sooo very helpful. He was patient & knowledgeable. He gave us several different options for our situation & helped us weigh the benefits of each. I can't say enough good things about his customer service. He's gained 2 new & very happy customers.

I went to TMobile today on Epps bridge in Athens Georgia. I wanted the iPhone XR and the man waiting on me said that it was becoming older and after it gets about 2 years old it would start getting glitches in it. I wonder how the company that makes iPhone would feel about that. He upgraded me and took advantage of the fact that I was in a hurry and only after I had bought it with nothing transferred he told me I would have to pay $70 if I wanted to return it.
