They don’t really help you! They send you to different locations when they could do what other location can just decide not to!

My short time with TMobile was some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I am a very patient person with those in customer service roles, which is one reason I think I got in this situation. Day 1 should have been a red flag for me, but I was so excited about starting my own account that I didn't let the 4 hour process bother me. Looking back, 4 hours just to set up a phone is ridiculous. To top it off, when I got home, my cell phone number wasn't even connected to my phone, it was on a watch. I was upsold the entire time, home internet, free watch, new phone, definitely should trade in, want Netflix on us - get the best most expensive service plan and we get all these perks. You know the name, I did it. Think of all the savings...WRONG! I feel like an idiot even sharing this! I spent a ton of money having to return items that never worked. I was told my daughter could use the watch, well, no, she couldn't because it wasn't a stand alone plan. So I had to pay $40 to restock it. They even got excited when I returned it because I hadn't opened it so they would be able to resell it. Rude. I am testing out the home internet, well the first rainfall comes and that completely stops working! I had to return that and I believe there was another restocking fee. So here we are almost 2 weeks into my service with them and I have had to return 2 of the three items I got (and pay to return it)! I had been on the phone with customer service for HOURS at this point still trying to get that free netflix to work. It never did. They credited my account $10 a month to make up for it. I should have given the phone back then but how was I supposed to know what was coming. I went to the lake with friends a month later and from the time I got there, I had no service, I couldn't text, I couldn't check email, I couldn't make a call or stream music. It was NUTS! For an entire weekend I had no phone. When I got back I went into the store and they took my phone, made some changes and gave it back saying it should work now. So off I went, thinking everything would be fine. Well for the next week I had to call almost daily! They kept telling me they just needed to reset the network or switch the tower. I kept saying this is ridiculous and I can't run a business this way. It was so bad that my phone wouldn't even work at the kids school. I kept dropping phone calls and missing client calls. I was so mad. I am paying for this super expensive service and phone and I legit can only use it at home. THEN the music stopped streaming at home. I was bonkers. I called and said that is it, I am over it, I don't want anything to do with T-Mobile anymore. Well they kept trying to tell me the problem was with the phone. I kept saying, no that is not the case, I have been told it is a service issue by people at T-mobile. I guess I finally raised enough heck that they decided to allow me to return the phone. I had this offer on my voicemail! You know the worst part is, it doesn't matter who calls you, you will never speak to the same person twice. You cannot call them back. If you go into the store you will spend hours in there because they have to call the same people you would call. At least I can call from the comfort of my home and multi-task. Well, after much investigation on T Mobile's end, they called me to tell me no such voicemail existed and I would have to go into the store. They just called me a LIAR! WTF! I have the recording. I am so mad. So I go to the store, play the recording, they try to help me but have to get approval from corporate because I am out of the buyers remorse, 14 day, period. So another week goes by and they call me to tell me I can indeed return the phone. Cool, so I go in, give them the phone and guess what. They gave me $12!!!!!! I was in SHOCK! They took my perfectly good iPhone 12 and gave me nothing in return! I was told you are lucky to be getting this, that other phone is gone. Sorry. I wanted to cry right then. I paid money toward the other p

My family and I were extremely impressed with the staff and management at this location. Kevin and Megan went over and beyond with helping my father, husband, and I set up a new account, new phones, helping multiple times with old phones, and internet service. Kevin has the patience of a Saint, and answered our million questions. I am so happy that I decided to leave Verizon after 20 years and make the switch to T Mobile. Customer Support has also been great!

They’ll say that they open at a certain time and then they aren’t open. Tried to call and the phone just kept ringing

Im a current Verizon customer looking to switch 6 lines to T-mobile! Was totally disappointed and disrespected with absolutely horrible service! The salesman Kevin is clearly there to draw a paycheck. He Wouldn't and couldn't answer my questions and then hung up on me when I questioned him on it!

I have never been more disrespected than I was at this store by two employees(?). Absolutely horrible. I spent over an hour on phone with corporate afterwards. Very disappointed in T-Mobile after 24 years with Verizon. Clearly you get what you pay for.

After 24 years with Verizon, and now, more budget conscious, I (regretfully) switched to T-Mobile. My experience has not been pleasant; my experience at this store was absolutely HORRIBLE. I'm 72, and never have I been so disrespected. The content of the story is not relative to this review, but I spent over an hour with corporate afterwards tegarding the two "employees" involved. Unbelievable that kids would speak to an Elder as they did. This was two weeks ago, and I've had no response from anyone- this retail store or corporate. Verizon may have been more expensive, but I never had a customer service issue. Disgusted and disappointed.

The most unprofessional T-mobile location I’ve been to. Employees were all rude and didn’t acknowledge nor help any other customers. When asked if there was anyone else available, a bearded man Caucasian man was very dismissive and flatly told me no.

I tried to sign up for T-Mobile on the internet , but it would never work . I called T-Mobile and the agent tried but my phone would never work on their network. So I told the agent to cancel my order and refund my credit card for the first month. T-Mobile still charged my credit card and now say I owe for another month . After calling T-Mobile again, the agent who barely spoke English , sorry just stating the truth , said we had to go to a T-Mobile store to get this resolved because I didn’t know my PIN number , which I never made one up . The closet store to me is almost 2 hours away , but that didn’t matter to her . Her supervisor would not even talk to me , just kept telling the agent to tell me to go to a store. Ridiculous !!!! NEVER use T-Mobile !!
