Jayde was an absolute delight to work with. She was so helpful and kind. Moving across country is difficult logistically but she made it so easy for me. She answered literally every single question I had and did so with the best attitude!

Living here has been great so farThe size and affordability of the units is great. Parking is never an issue which is a plus. Complex has its own pool and fitness center. Having a laundry center on site is nice. Management has been good to deal with and maintenance orders are completed when asked.

Staff was very helpful in my apartment hunt! Helpful, timely, and answered all of my questions. Maintenence requests seem easy to file and I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff was. 5 stars!!

If I could leave a negative star I would. Dog poop everywhere. Management is never in the office and they are never on one accord. But maintenance team is top tier!

Lived here 2 years and renewing 24m more instead of 12m. Maintenance has always resolved issues within 2 days. Pest control weekly (my unit has no issues with bugs, rare in Athens). The pool stays clean all year. Office people and maintenance manager are extremely nice (has been the same crew since i moved in). 1 mile away from beechwood & Epps. Less than 10 mins dt. Rent has increased less than $150 from 2 yrs ago which is reasonable. Maybe I’m lucky idk but I have no complaints considering I’m extremely picky and particular. Want to add that the only “problem” is dog poop. I can’t say that’s the property’s fault though.

The apartments are decorated very old. The kitchen and the walls are very old colors. It can be fixed by painting the walls in more modern colors, light gray, bone white, the kitchen white or gray, which gives it a freshness. Doesn't make the unit look good. The dog park in a total neglect, my puppy escaped because the fence is broken, the residents do not pick up their dog's waste. The corridors and stairs of the apartments are in poor condition, dirty, full of spiders or any insect, on the wooden floor they have protruding nails that several times walking you can trip over them. The main office does not respond to messages or complaints, you indicate that everything is discussed by email and they end up calling your cell phone. The apartment has carpet everywhere except bathrooms and kitchen, but they don't allow you to change the carpets even if you have a health reason. They go above the law where the priority will always be the health of your client. Really the only good thing is the big parking lot and the pool, they work very well.

The apartments are fine enough (although they did score poorly on a HUD inspection a couple years ago), but management is a mess. I'm not sure if it's the company, location, or what, but turnover is high and this is reflected in fairly poor management. You can find a better place to live for this price. We lived here for five years, but that had more to do with how difficult (and expensive) it is to start a new lease elsewhere than the quality of these cheaply-built buildings.

I have lived here for 6 years and now I'm terrified to stay at my apartment bc a neighbor assaulted my fiancé by throwing a drink on him bc he would not move his truck for her to go the wrong way in the parking lot. I have only complained on one person while living here and it's been her. I have never received any complaints. The complaint was for loud music and yelling and party at all hours of the night in the middle of the night. I contacted the leasing office 3 times and have still yet to Receive a response from them about this situation. They simple do not care. They would rather have money than make sure their tenants are safe. This on top of the property never being clean and the big problems. Them never being available are horrible

Management is awful. They con you out of your rent money by changing your lease contract without your knowledge, then charge you more than your rent is supposed to be. They also do not acknowledge residents’ complaints or issues.

Beautiful place to live. The maintenance staff is the best they respond within hours and are extremely helpful and friendly. Cassi the new office manager has been the best manager we have had since my husband and I have lived here. There has been 3 in the time we have been here but Cassi has a way of responding quickly and making sure that things get taken care of and you aren't ignored like the previous 2 office managers! The office staff and maintenance staff work hard to keep this place clean and safe to be at. I have recommended this place to live to a few people. The prices are very affordable for everything they offer compared to the other places here in Athens which are not worth your money. Huge thank you to Cassi, Jeff, Johnnie, and the rest of your amazing team!

The apartments were cheaply renovated recently. Handles on the cabinets broke constantly, but overall, the units are nice enough. We've been here five years, two in a one bedroom unit then three in a two bedroom unit. We had a drainage problem with our dishwasher early on that we were told just couldn't be fixed. It smelled like something had died, but they wouldn't fix it. Eventually, it was flushed out. Management constantly changes. The current staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. We informed management in early January that we had no intention of resigning the lease that was set to end in early March. We were under the assumption that that was all we would have to do. Now that it is time to move out, we're being charged $1000 for insufficient notice because it wasn't in writing even though the manager told us it was something they should've sent us. So their staff made a mistake and now, we owe them a grand. If I could give them less than a star for their customer service, I would.
