The clerk at this location argued with me when I informed him that I could not initially see the tablet he was holding. Tidal Wave no longer permits you to make your own selection from the display screen, but you must rely on the clerk to select for you on their tablet. I did not expect this unpleasant confrontation about what I could not see.

Staff is consistent with their professional & efficient attention to customers
Towels are not always plentiful, however I have only experienced this 2 times during non peak hours. Membership is the way to go

I don’t know how I feel about this car wash. I have visited twice to get my car washed (relatively new- barely 2 months old) & on both occasions there seem to be the same issues I have to address once I’m home.
As you can see, there’s this black speckles that stains the car and there are significant amount of dirt left on the car that I have to hand wash at home which defeat the purpose of me getting the premium service I paid for. In my first visit, I got the Ceramic costing and I had to re-wash the car when I got home and on my second I got the Graphite X4 and again now I need to wash a good part of the car.
I’m not sure I will be returning.
I do appreciate the free self- vacuuming service I used on my second visit.

I thought it was odd that the first hand brush wash only washed half of my window, the guy that set me straight didn't hand brush wash me at all. I was concerned when the large truck behind me seemed to come in immediately behind me but was already in the process, so what to do? Then the car wash stopped. Completely. I waited, because again what to do when you are already IN the car wash? When it started working again I noticed the truck was RIGHT behind me and it seemed odd. At the end when the blowers went on I waited for the light to turn green when the truck behind me BUMPED INTO ME. I exited and went to use the vacuums and so did the truck. The owner came over to make sure I was ok and there was no damage. He said he told the young man at the front to give some space as it seemed he was too close, but he waved him in. I tried to talk to the young guy when he came around to put out towels and told him what happened and he shrugged me off and walked away. I tried calling for the last hour and no one answers. To top it off, I have two and a half wheels with tire shine. Very, very disappointed in the entire experience. 8/26/25 Editing to add: I emailed as per the response and was told I would have a chance to talk to someone. They left a message and never called me back. Seems about right from what my experience was.
