I came in looking for something very specific and I needed help trying to find it. I was immediately welcomed and everyone working there was looking for what I came in wanting. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on the specific card and Kaysen understood, he never tried to sell me something I didn’t want or need, he knew exactly what I was looking for. Even the customers were helping and being so generous to me. Kaysen and his team are awesome. And even the customer Josh that helped that day. I really couldn’t thank them enough. The employees are kind and helpful, I made a return today without a receipt and the cashier helped me find my original purchase and processed the defective heater without a qualm. “We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and had such a blast! Kristen not only was so kind but was such a fun guide for the kiddos. They decorated masks, played with dough, and even got to play outside and watch a train go by. Every single little one really enjoyed themselves and were kept busy the whole time. It was my first time having a party for non-family and I felt totally stressless. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience! Also - the items in their shop are SO cool and cute! Definitely will be coming back!!”
