Absolutely excellent, top notch service! We will absolutely be using Two Maids again in the future! Scheduling online was hassle free, and the cleaning itself (a move in cleaning for a three bedroom rental home) was exceptional.

You will not be satisfied at all if you use this service. Paid 292$ for a full house deep clean and it was absolutely horrible. They didn’t even clean an entire room or under any of the furniture. We left for 45 min to get food, and we came back to them already gone. Trust me, I would use any other service available other than this one if you’re able to. I would’ve been able to clean the house just as well with a swiffer and cleaning wipes in under 30 min

The team worked well together and addressed questions we raised during the service. This was our first experience with a cleaning service, so we had plenty to discuss. They worked well around the dogs and did a great job in every room. They discussed the general process and how future visits address different rooms/items. I am pleased. My wife is also thrilled and looks forward to their next visit.

I will never use their service again. I tried to reschedule the clean and called and sent text several times and never got a response from Brittany. The cleaners showed up to my house at 9:30 when Brittany and I agreed on 8:30. Here is a screenshot of me requesting a reschedule and Brittany never getting back to me or returning my phone calls. They also charged me $250 even though they didn't clean my house. No one has called me back despite 2 voicemails left and text sent!

The ladies are well trained and very accomodating. They are young but still professional. They work steadily. They are detail oriented as well. I dont need more and would ask them to come back.

Overall service was good. I was told they would wipe down all hard surfaces, dust all areas, and clean the floors. The foyer, which is a primary area of the main level was completely missed. None of the baseboards, there was no dusting completed, nor floors cleaned. There were electrical sockets that were not cleaned in all areas. The window sills in the living room were missed. It’s too many missed things for this to be considered a deep clean. I appreciate Harley and Edwina for their services. I should have done a more thorough inspection before they left.

The ladies Betthany and Christy did and amazing job! They went above my expectations and appreciate them so much for the attention to detail. My place was a huge undertaking and they took a huge stresser off my shoulders with their Deep Clean service.

Brittany at 2 Maids was able to find and send out an exceptional cleaning team at the last minute to handle an unexpected turnover of our AirBnb property. Our two cleaners, Kris and Yetta, were magnificent. They were hardworking, patient, did every task and sent us every photo we asked them, were willing to literally get down on hands and knees to check for spots and hairs, and took initiative to do things we had not even asked. The guests who arrived afterward commented that the place was amazing and spotless. 2 Maids is a little more expensive than employing cleaners directly, but their quality was competitive with the top bracket of any cleaners we have seen. We look forward to working with 2 Maids, and specifically with Kris and Yetta, in the future.
